Hello, sorry for my absence!

new stuff

i still want to draw. its likely a break isnt needed i just need to get more comfortable with "imperfections" in my art and embracing them and just drawing whatever comes out naturally. i cant keep being afraid of showing my work to people out of fear of it "looking bad" or whatever. i recognize that i still got a lot of areas to improve on though but i love doing better. i love physically seeing my art get better with each passing week. i love problem solving haha.

wasnt expecting to draw again so soon into my "break" but i was overambitious with that vanny ass animation and i just could not follow through with it, and i felt bad so i figured i'd make good on my promise to draw vanny's ass one more time by just doing it in a way that i know how to. enjoy the butt haha.

Taking a break

Not even a full on break, I just need to step back for a little bit. I have been drawing art non-stop for both private commissions and for Patreon for the last 10 months and it has been fun, exciting, and also incredibly exhausting. I have made so much progress in the last 2 months alone, and I feel good for that, but I need to just stop and cool down. Today was a boil-over point for me, and it's unhealthy of me to force myself to continue when I so clearly want to stop for a bit.

literally my self-insert character. really like #blud, im glad it came out after nearly 5 years of waiting but i wish the combat was a bit better, and the music could have used some of the same love that was put into the style. its still really cool to see a game like that again since cuphead tho.
