Armelia Story Update

Howdy!

Today I finished the story, and also programmed my custom reader software so it can now show illustrations on one side while reading the story on the other.  Very cool.  All that remains is to make the final illustration!  So depending on how long that will take, it will be all done tomorrow or the next day.  Thanks for your patience!!!!!!!!!!!

I've just finished the 4th illustration for the Armelia story.  If you don't mind a little more delay, I think it would be great to do one more for it... Then I gotta finish up the story and polish it up.. As well as some programming.  So it will be a few more days yet.  I'll keep you all informed!

I just wanted to let you know the story is about 85% complete, and I have finished the first illustration, which you can see above.

Note that donations of $2 will get you only the flash text of the story (no images).

Donations of $6 will get you the flash version with illustrations

Donation of $12 will get you the normal text with larger format image (along with the flash version because it's cool how it shows the pictures).

Not a tremendous amount to say here...  Other than rendering has been ongoing.  It's a little difficult to give an estimate as they are split up on different computers.  Mine is rendering the first big scene and it has roughly 2 days until completion.  Meanwhile the other computer is rendering the shorter 2nd scene and it's just putt-putting along.  When this first scene is done I will have it pick up the slack on the 2nd scene..  So it's possible the ...

Amy Render Progress

Hey all,

The animation has been rendering since you last heard from me. It's roughly 40% complete (for the first/longest render pass). I even have it rendering on two computers. The 2nd computer is considerably slower than mine, but every bit helps.

In other news I have been making small tweaks/improvements to Amy for the next animation. Namely modeling the inside of her mouth so I can open it. I've also created morph shapes for animating her eyebrows.

Okay so I was fully convinced the breasts would be done today (Yesterday).  It turns out the animation I did is really, really difficult to make with soft body sims.  Spoilers; it's more complex than the last animation.

The good news, I hope.. Is I think I have finally cracked this nut..  at 5:00 AM I found a solution.  But I'm too pooped to implement it right now.. So I should have the breasts taken care of today after some sleep.  And the other good news is the r...

Amy's Animation Update and new rewards!

Hey everybody!

Thanks so much for your support this month!

I just hit a milestone.. The whole torso / legs/arms animation is done. Which in my opinion is the most difficult part. Now I animate the extremities.. Mainly the head/neck and hands/fingers.

So I am clearly not caught up yet, but I am -catching- up. Much further along on this animation than I was at this point last month on the last animation. -And this animation is considerably longer.

Release #028: Amy's Sweaty Presses

Thank you all for your help in making this epic new animation possible!  As of this writing, the animation is still getting finished up.  I estimate she will be done rendering on the 7th or so.  I'll keep you all informed as I finish her up!

Amy's Next Progress

Just popping in to tell you I am roughly 1/3rd of the way done animating...  Animating?  Or cleaning up motion capture?  Well it's kinda both.  Very large sections of the animation are almost completely animated by hand because the hardware I use (the Kinect) is really only usable when the character is standing upright.  When she climbs into the machine it's all hand-made animation.

Just dropping in to say that today I recorded the motion capture for the next animation.  I've just finished the first phase of clean-up.  The animation will be (roughly) 2 minutes long.  That's a half-minute longer than the last one.

I don't think I will be able to fully catch up on this one, esp. considering it is longer that the previous.  BUT... I don't think it will be crazy late like the last one..  Possibly done around the 6th.  But th...

Changes to the $20 stereoscopic reward tier

I changed up some of the wording in the $20 reward tier. Nothing major, just some text that I think will explain the technique better.  I also added a sample animation formatted for the Oculus Rift and other VR hardware.  I am unable to test this because I do not own any of these.  If you have one, please give it a try and tell me if it works well.  I've seen some video for the Rift that looks like it has a fish-eye lens effect.  I can accommodate this if you ...
