Star got in touch with me not long after the calendar cover was complete with this idea for some merch.  I of course jumped at the chance to work with her and Daniel again and this gigantic, frankly insane job got underway.  There's so SO many details in this it sort of boggles my mind to think back on it haha.  Hope you enjoy these!

Thursday Experiments (Fan Tier)

Finally finished that piece I teased a little while ago.  

I'm a big fan of Dee and her work, and a pinup of her has been a long time coming.  The reason it's taken so long to sort out really is because I just couldn't land on what to do.  That was until I saw her own illustrations (which are awesome!) and I figured I'd do an ode to one of her 'stacks' but with my own twist on it.

So; a year ago I posted a pinup of Mercedes on my socials.  It did alright in terms of reach, the likeness was shit, and I had no idea what I was doing with the colours.

That piece has ended up becoming pretty important to me, largely due to the fact it kickstarted an awesome working relationship with Mercedes, but also because it put me and my work in front of a whole new audience.  I have Arrow Photography London to thank for that (the artwork was based on one of his sets - ...

Diana for Mount Olympus Comics (Fan Tier)

Hey hey, so I found out yesterday that a comic cover I did a couple of months back is actually out in the wild!  

Done for Mount Olympus Comics on IG, this is their OC Diana.   I don't know the story or the reasoning for any of this, all I was asked to do was draw a giant lady on her knees in a city.  They also didn't want any people or traffic so trying to convey the scale was a challenge, but I think it came out okay!

Harley x Ivy (Fan Tier)

So this came together way faster than I expected.  These are the slides for the IG post I'll put up tomorrow (or tonight if I can't hold it lol!) They include the main illustration, a close up of the faces and what I did for the ropework, plus a look at the background - which I actually did hand paint except for the roses.  :D

Final slide is a mock up of what it might look like as a comic cover, just for laughs.

Hanging around on a Sunday WIP

Keira Playing (Fan Tier)

Hey guys, just wanted to share this full res teaser with you all, Super Fan tier just got an 11 image drop of this set I've been working on (for waaaay longer than I'd like to admit) - it's VERY naughty.  There's a couple of different outfit elements, a couple of toys - both in and out, and some fluids too.

I've always liked cartoonier styles like Dean Yeagle Bruce Timm and Chris Sanders, so this is sort of my attempt at pushing my own style that way.

Anyway, did this as a little test of some different techniques last night.  I'm pretty happy with it, but I think I could take it further, and I feel like the likeness could be better.  I'm going to try and work on it between jobs this week.

The Phoenix (Fan Tier)

Recently finished up this commission for a newly crowned bodybuilding champion!

This was a fun challenge as she wanted to use her stage photos as the basis of the piece.  Stage lighting is horrible for reference as it messes with how your eye reads shapes SO much, but in the end it sort of worked for the lighting I went with here.

Merch (part 2)

Alright so I just took a gander at Patreon's merch system.  There's 2 options for it.

First is a Loyalty Program: "Patrons will receive a merch item every 3 months for a year"

Second is a One Time Delivery: "Patrons will receive your merch item one time after 3 payments"

Honestly... both of these sound a bit naff to me; I'd rather there be a store front that patrons have access to, but these are what we've got to work with for now it seems.  Of the 2 options, which...

Just a quick note on merch - I'm figuring out how to add it as a perk; will be added to Super Fan and VIP fan when it's ready.

In the meantime, let me know a couple of pieces you'd like to get hold of, and what you'd want them as (a sticker, a print, a mug? - it looks like there's LOADS of options in this thing)
