SWTOR - Sith Acolyte - Revan Mask Level 2 /3

I saw a few of these going around so I thought I would put my hand in and give one a go, all of the carving was freehand, I didn't want it to look too rigid and square, more how metal looks when its a bit worn out.

Luke vs Rancor diorama Level 2 & 3 Access

Just getting back to polishing off Hero Chess pieces and boards still guys, Level 3 's MK3 Ironman suit was pretty hectic and took some serious hours but thats pretty much done now.

Chewbacca Face template 3D scan

This is a 3D scan that I cleaned, made solid and fixed up for printing in the process of then casting and creating chewbacca faceplates. I have seen the fibreglass versions floating around the web selling for megabucks, so I figured you guys might be able to make something off this.

Which movie version it was scanned from I do not know, the file was an extremely old photogram type made from a tonne of photos and then generated,...

1. Please ignore the word "Iron" in the filenames. I purely was tired (and being lazy )  and selected an old ironman part when exporting the new part for the helmet and forgot to take the word "Iron" out of the filename, to save time and hassle I am just gonna leave it :) I've already uploaded the files here, my upload speed is too slow to correct it for just spelling :)

Kamui Woods

Something a little different, with my kids becoming Anime nuts I've been watching a bit more than I usually would have. I've had some requests for this one, its a pretty easy print, the halves are not dead flat tho if you decide to print it in the 2 pieces.

This was designed with some elastic in mind to keep the two together. I usually just put the mask together in its closed form,  epoxy the elastic and boom, done.

Conan Atlantean Sword

*Note. The detailing on the handle /grip of the sword is not meant to be the final detail. The ridges are there to assist in keeping whatever you wind the handle with in place while you are winding it by letting it fall into the grooves every couple mm. The 'official' sword is bound with what looks like brown packaging string... I will use leather probably myself but thought I should mention it, I left the detail out on purpose.

Flame Trooper Back/Tank Pack

I held off on making this one for a while, but now that its done the flame trooper costume only needs one more part and thats the actual flame thrower which I will do soon.

This is not a hard print, there is just over 50 parts to print, but there are a couple of things to note.

1. The Main large tanks are 30cm tall, if you want  to print them on a smaller machine you will need to cut them further.

AT-VW Model - All Patrons

I remember seeing a meme one day where someone had taken two photos and mashed them together to make a VW inspired walker, I thought hmmm  I should make that one day.
The feet were causing me grief when removing them from the bed so there is a very small disc base under it thats not in the render above to make it a pretty simply print if being done in the 3 parts.  Of course the uncut will require a fair bit of support.

Black Manta Helmet

Pretty simple one, I didn't really bother with connecting tabs as the shape itself makes it pretty easy to get sections aligned. I use 2 part epoxy myself... something that gives me a little time to line things up but only requires you hold it for about 30 seconds-1 minute for it to set hard enough you can let go.  

Only 8 pieces, but all are pretty much max build plate size for the Ender or similar plate. Uncut version supplied also...

GOT - The Hound Helmet

An intermediate helmet to build, it has a few parts (have uploaded uncut also) I didin't smooth it out too much, I sort of left it looking like battered steel, more flat edges rather than sharp etc, it should print out pretty clean.

It is scaled for a normal head - if you want to go full on massive scale like it is in the show you will need to scale this up a fair bit - but as it is the neck piece and dome (even without the face attached) is 42cm long (tall) and 34cm wide, head section...

Just for the new members and the ones who have not had messages replied to, I had to take a bit of an emergency trip for a week down the coast to hospital with the family to see my father in law who has been through 3 weeks of surgeries for facial cancer (all over xmas, new years .. :/) condition is improving but nowhere near where we want it to be.

I won't really go into it much more but its a situation that needed my full attention and...

I wish the best health and happiness for you and your families, treasure the time you have. We are not so lucky this Christmas with my father in law currently in the ICU unit on Christmas day but we will try and manage as we go.

Lol sorry guys, end of year stress showing it's signs...  i've got a fair bit to get uploaded, just bare with me..  I looked at the date and wtf its the 29th?? (well it is here in AU...) I swear I thought it was more like the 25th...

I am doing a number of batcowls, Telltale series was up first, second is my take on the batman beyond cowl. The mouth piece is optional, as is a smooth fronted mouthpiece. The main section is supplied full and cut also for Ender size printers or above.

Skyrim Gryphon Helmet - Download Lvl 2 Access & Above

No denial, I saw someone on the RPF make one from fiberglass and it looked so cool, couldn't help making one. That and a few people have asked for some LOTR and other types of helmets, this is one of a few coming.  Conan sword just needed some touching up, im being a bit nit picky with it sorry, lol probably worse now I have a metal one here as a reference..its up soon.

Stan Lee Tribute - all patrons

Some people say they are here for a good time, not a long time.. Stan Lee was so cool he did both.  At 95 although very sad of his passing, he lived a full life and left his mark on the world which will last several lifetimes over through the characters he created.

Conans sword up next...

Heya!

I was going to release my conan sword last month, but I knew I had the one in the picture above coming in the mail so I wanted to hold off till it came and I could get proper measurements from it and study it in a bit more detail.

Luckily I sculpted it pretty close to this before hand, so there is not much to do to have the sword totally ready and printable..  and now that I have a real one, its going to be so much easier to get it to print out exactly like one of these...

Ironman MkIII Mid-Foot issue

I have removed 2 files from the main .Zip in the shins and feet folder. 

Mid_LeftFoot_P1 and MidRightfoot_P1

The updated versions are in the same folder. I will upload the assembly instructions in about 10 mins to the same folder.

Pls see attached pic as to what the issue was and if you have already printed the older version of the mid foot, then you can cut with a hacksaw along the line you see in the updated piece below, otherwise print the new piece.

Before anything else,  Level 1 and 2 Patrons you are getting a great deal of rewards this month, I have just been a little caught up on this Level 3 reward last month for longer than I wanted but it really was a model that required 100% attention. I could not drop it, come back, drop it, come back .. because of the sheer amount of measurements and files im trying to piece together for it..... but I promise you will be well reimbursed for your amazing patience.
