I don't often get sick, but when I do, my strategy is to remain in a state of denial until I'm not actually sick anymore. Unfortunately, I couldn't completely hide it in my vocal performance, but that's how it goes sometimes. I'm currently laying all the ground work for the next few episodes and delaying any vocal recordings until the last minute to give my voice as much time to recover as possible, but as they say, the show must go on.
