There's not much said about Mrrshan Empress J'Nurra outside the game itself, and within the game as far as I can tell she doesn't have much dialog other than to negotiate trade deals and such with the player. Despite that, what footage I could find of her depicts her as regal and confident, but I wouldn't say she's "snooty" or arrogant. Just a bit aloof, as a real cat would be.
Tina is one cute gun-slinger armadillo!
All the reference I could find of Tina depicts her as being super sassy and confident, all while not being afraid to show off her "assets" to anyone brave enough to watch. She doesn't seem to be depicted wearing clothing very much, so I had to improvise a little on her apparel, but I think the classic chaps and blue-jeans look would suit...
