AP TF > AD TF  in midlane imo, so changes dont matter rlly

Veigar up a tier, decent buffs

vex is quite a bit better tbh, great lane bully now and also melee champs dont have their MR shards to abuse anymore so Vex vs Melee champs is Z tier atm

Some champs are a bit worse, like neeko for example due to protobelt change,...

Maokai JG is worse, but i dont think hes down a tier, point and click CC is op and his items arent touched either.

Volibear best tank jgler except for ivern
zyra is a meme champ, jungle zyra is just a good clearer but not a real champion IMO, much better to have slightly slower clear but offer real things to the game ( Lillia, Brand, Eve, Karfus )

Jayce S+, one of the best AD mids atm

Some champs like Yasuo are a bit worse due to lethal tempo changes

Kassadin gets buffed this patch from both archangel and malignance getting him ...

Great buffs for Nidalee if you are a competent player. In lower elo probably S TO S+ tier, in high elo Z tier

Shaco buffs are great, does suck for him that nidalee got buffed tho

Rengar is still a soloq destroyer by nature and will need more nerfs to him or his items to make him go down a tier.

Shyvana is amongst the worst champions in the gam...

Honestly maokai was rlly op, i slept on it to be honest, S+ tier champion despite the nerfs, he has great movespeed items with trailblazer, good vs hook supports and melee supports, very bad vs range supports

Alternator change nerfs supports a little bit since you have the component in ur inventory for a long time , also belt nerf hurts neeko a little bit, but its so minor imo it dont rlly matter.

Ezreal is extremely oppressive in lane with last W buff and this W buff + R Q buffs. Scaling with items now is more damage than last season, just less slow cus of serylda change. Before ezreal wasnt so insane lategame but now hes fine. Up 2 tiers, also karma buffs!

Karma Z tier, omega broken. Malignance cdr boots horizon focus.

Karfus is better, not as good as the 2 queens in Z tier tho. Play aery manaflow scorch PoM Last stand with liandry rush...
