Karfus down a tier, he is weaker in general due to item changes. but he is still a good champ imo
For AP junglers, the champs that can use Liandries well are the best.
Teemo isnt particularly good in jungle, just good items for him.
Xin zhao is great due to titanic hydra interaction and buffs he received before.
Jarvan is quite bad atm tbh, goredrinker loss hurts him alot
Zac is quite worse imo due to radiant virtue removal

Liandry Riftmaker Champions like Morde, Azir Lillia, Singed Teemo Gwen are all very good right now.
Udyr is the best tank, atm, great items, great matchups. Ornn is 2nd best, jaksho on ornn is really good.
Aatrox is best AD Top atm IMO, just survive early levels, shojinn spike is great, sundered sky is great, alot of good items for aatrox:
Renekton is really bad IMO, Goredrinker gone, harder to gank top, bad matchups , cleaver nerf.

Main thing for support is ADC Supports are back, lethality is rlly strong and so is Hubris and Umbral. With the meta ADCs being lethality, having setup liek Leona or lane bullies like Caitlyn Is great.
Protobelt and alternator is really OP, so neeko support i highly rate.
Melees that counters the range champs ( Leona, Blitz, Pyke for example are great )
Champs like Tahm, taric are a bit worse due to range meta.

Lethality Items and burst items is the best for ADCs, bully poke lanes and support item abuse makes the Z tier and S tier champs.
Nilah bloodsong is very very strong, First item d shield or d blade into support item, would be Z tier but requires brain.
Senna is anything fasting, senna is just great, Hubris op.
Xayah, kogmaw, Vayne Masively down in value due to sucking ass vs these type of botlanes.

I removed some champions and removed A tier. basically because i thought these champions are so bad that there wasnt a reason to really play them, or they are purely a OTP champ in which case you should pick it anyways, and if you are looking at a tier list you are looking to pick the strong champions i hope xD.

The gragas buffs are fine, but he is still alot worse than when he was S+ on my list before, for hard early game matchups like Jayce, Kennen etc this change does nothing as its same cooldown until lvl 6. This mainly helps you in teamfights and sidelaning later which isnt rlly the main thing u want, gragas was op before cus his passive was op in lane.

Braum is in a really good spot right now , just too situational. Vs nautilus type of champions its a great pick tho.
Leona very good pick vs duos like xayah nautilus, nautilus jhin. Lanes that she can engage on and immobile carries that are vulnerable to R, Leona big problem atm is how good rell is, often youd pick rell over her and also champs like MF that are good with leona arent good atm. Leona is quite good some games now tho, great buffs.

Ok lucian buffs, i played vs forg1ven lucian in drututt tournament and still didnt seem useful, dont think this buff makes him good, think lucian + braum can be good some games tho
zeri sucks cus most of her pairings are trash atm, some games can be good when you need mobility and have enchanter or strong support to get you out of lane.

SOLOQ MID 13.24 TIERLIST
Azir buffs are nice, hes between S and A+ like i said before just hard to make this champion work in soloq, if you are a good azir you should play him.
Alot of mages meta in mid and stuff like akali, also tenacity being nerfed in the past, galio up a tier. Great buffs, i think hes more of a damage dealer now rather than just supportive
Lucian mid up a tier, great buff for mid lucian as you want to perma trade

Sante down 2 tiers, Played vs him a couple times now and he feels alot weaker, his Q deals 20 less dmg max rank which he maxes and spams so it hurts him alot, and he has to be more careful about his mana usage and loses his biscuits faster now, his E also shields less.

Janna buffs are good, like i said earlier i dont think her initial changes was enough, now she is good tho, Not sure how to feel about the HoB setup, it makes sense as Aery / comet isnt so powerful runes and mostly taken for laning phase, going HoB gives you same runes but also allows cheapshot zomb ward relentless so i like it tbh.
