It's Sunday. It's 34 degrees here in Gozo, and I am melting!!!!

And I'm feeling goooood!

I have been in Malta for the Earth Garden festival, I was giving workshops all day Friday in the arts hub and it went super well and it felt great. The sun was out and I far prefer working at a festival than just hanging out, so many of my friends were there, it was great.

Saturday was kind of weird. My boyfriend has been distant. We've only been together for a month but he is stressed with his job and wondering what to do with his career. It's kind of existential life crisis, and I am ...

That's just life

Sometimes life is not glamorous, or even smooth sailing, and in terms of vlogs and authenticity sometimes life is just plain mundane. But to only share the highlights and showreel type days is just not reality. As Lauryn Hill says in her MTV unplugged album "Fantasy is what we want, but reality is what we need."

My mind is for sale

My mind is so not for sale! But that's the Jack Johnson song I am listening to as I make this video. Needing to dance. Partly because I am restless and I need somewhere to direct my energy. It was up in the air whether I would actually go to the party. To begin with it was  YES! Then my yes became a no, then a NO! then a maybe...and then I just decided that in order to know...I would have to GO!!!!!!

Showertime

Just moved into my new house and I was delighted to discover that the shower is absolutely awesome! Nothing like a good shower. 

It has been a mammoth few weeks, I've been launching a new start up, and am opening a shop here in Gozo. We just had the pre launch this weekend and so after almost no rest for weeks I enjoyed an amazing almost 2 days off! Feeling refreshed and I can't wait to set up some cameras in my house and get VLOGGING!!!!!!!!

Moving house

It's been a funny time. When is life not funny, strange and weird?

So much change and I am moving house again. What I want more than anything is to sit in silence alone. For some reason that feels "illegal"! it feels like I have to be available for people as and when they need me. I don't know if that's true or if it is just a belief I have...but I know that whenever I can take it I shall be on my roof, face to the sun and getting some me time.
