Totally Normal Day (Not April Fools At All)

April 1st was today.  Totally normal day.  Totally normal.  So originally for today I had planned another "Equestria Girls" style comic as was done last year, but I just honestly didn't have anything that would move that narrative forward or be as funny.  So we went with this alternative reality idea and further built some character depth with Moonie again.  We all knew she could draw, but we don't see it much, so we got to see it again.

There will be a small followup on Friday to "Paper's Please." :)  Moondancer sure doesn't have to do a whole lot... actually neither does Starlight or Twilight for that matter.

Friday's Comic Plus An Alternate Version

You all say Friday's episode but now here is two versions of the same comic!  We edited before release the original comic and now you can compare the minor changes in both versions.  The official release is the top picture and the original one we edited is below.  Nothing major, but some re-wording and minor changes to Spike's design.

I'm way too excited for this episode.  I don't know why, but I am!  This week has been surprisingly good amongst Tumblr followers and I didn't think any of these were superior comics, but apparently they did!  So hooray!  We got Spike and Vinyl AGAIN for Friday! Abandon The Episode!!!

I am always amazed.  When I think I have figured out what people enjoy, I am pleasantly surprised.  So remember last year when that episode with Starlight fell flat and performed horribly?  Well we have a new contender for first place.  "Pony Butt" has performed abysmally with only 63 notes at 2:00pm Pacific Standard time.  That is the worst ever in the modern era.

And what surprises is me is that this time, I actually don't know why it is performing so poorly. ...

It's a little early for Lemonade

I realized this after finishing Monday's episode....  BUT I have been doing more research thanks to all of you on a Discord.  I hope to have one set up sometime this month, but we want to set it up RIGHT!  It will be nice and organized. The goal is to have a channel of Patron's and one for the Public. Discord Discourse

You guys as well as many others have said I need a Discord...  Please, enlighten me.  What would a Discord do and how would it benefit you/me?  I would love to know more than just what their site tells me.  Many of you have used Discord, please tell me some of the ins and outs and neato functions it has and what it's purpose could be for us.  Because I hope people realize, I can't be on it 24/7 if that's what they want.

Musically Challenged

Have an early comic!  Yes!  I made a Wednesday comic by the skin of my teeth... which doesn't really even make much sense.  Teeth doesn't have skin.... So what we have here is another encounter of Scoots and Dash mixing both of their worlds together.  I think it will resonate with all folks, especially the older crowd.  We have an episode on Friday too!

Trying To Get This Story Arc Right

So we've been trying to get this particular episode right, but it's hard even with six panels to make it not seemed rushed.  We want to take this idea with care.  What is the idea?  I can't tell you!  I don't want to give it away.  But I will say it involves the moon and it will punch you in the feels if we do it right!  Ha ha!  How's that for a tease? 

It would be a shame if we can't make it work.  Spent three days on this one episode alone!...

Would You Want More Mane 6?

So Adorkable Twilight has never focused heavily on the Mane 6 as you know.  We've tended to look at different characters and tell their stories.  An example of character's we want to tell more of a story of would be Lyra, Lily, or Vinyl.

Scheduling Changes

No one will like this... What if we changed the comic schedule to Monday and Friday?  We might have to boot Wednesday comics for the time being.  Things are just too hectic right now to keep three going a week. Do you guys have better ideas?  The goal is once this busy period ends, we can bump back up to our normal three day a week schedule.

Unreleased Comic

I found this episode from 2018 and it was never released.  The story arc was never continued and we just never finished it.  So instead it just sits there alone and never ever released!  I figured I would share it with you.  You can probably get the idea we were planning to go for.  We might come back to this idea someday.  I still like the idea of a bunch of mares wanting to ride to the top of the ferris wheel with Spike. :)  Thoughts?
