My first time getting keychains made, this manufacturer took significantly longer than I expected, and the proofs only just came in today. I'll snap some better photos and send them out as soon as they arrive. Thank you for your patience, and thanks so much for helping the patreon grow!

A lot of you sticker patrons have been around for over a year now. Since I started, I've sent out about 30 sticker designs, plus 3 sticker sheets with an additional 30 stickers on top of that. I'm sure you guys have enough fucking stickers by now so for October and November, I'll be sending keychains to all sticker tier patrons instead. Day Job is made without scripts. This is the first 12 minutes of the improv session for our most recent animated sketch.
In 2024, Lily was played by Brooke Kymberley, a friend, musician and host of PBS radio. Brooke joined us to star in the Fresh Blood episodes, and totally defined the character. Since then, Brooke's music has taken off, releasing albums under Fairtrade Narcotics. Animation production is currently underway on episode 4. We recently had our final voiceover session, and are locking the audio track edit soon.

My inbox is always flooded with inquiries asking "what if Lily was a smurf" or "what if Rico was a smurf". So I've decided to put the incessant questions to rest with this new set of stickers, feating Rico and Lily, reimagined as though they were smurfs, or something of that kind.

The Big School video is now done! This show is something I've always wanted to make, since before Day Job was a thing. I actually recorded this sketch 2 years ago, but didn't have a chance to animate it until now. It's fun to see a bit about where Day Job started. (I forgot Day Job was almost going to be set at a supermarket...)

Sometimes I even scrap a story all together. This means there are a lot of deleted drafts from the original 3 episodes sitting around. For example, the first draft of episode 3 didn't even have Rico in it until the rewrite. (These massive changes are definitely for the best lol)

The first draft for episode 4's story is just about done. But before writing, I sketched out some beat boards to help work out the vibe and major scenes for the episode. The final story has followed some of these pretty closely, but added loads of new scenes, and others have been cut. What guesses do you guys have about the story? Regardless of your guess, it will be fun to see how the final story had evolved from these boards.

Here they are! Our first full set of stickers for the 6 staff members is now complete. It's very fun to see them all together at correct scale.
Hannah, Rico, Bradley and Rowley have all been sent off along with an art card.
Next I'll be sharing some early draft stuff for episode 4, so keep an eye out.
My first Big School video in a long time. Came up with these characters 10 years ago now. In 2023, I planned pitch them to Princess Bento, but they said they wanted a show about adult characters instead. So I came up with a spin-off show about Jake's big brother "Ivan".

This is my favourite sketch so far, with amazing key animation by Eneko (@pekotoons) who was our star animator on the ABC shorts.
This one was made in 2 weeks, which is really fast turnaround for a 3-minute animation, particularly one of this quality.
