Hi!
Some updates for this month.
I bought a new monitor, pretty big and was looking foward to draw with this new screen (I always used small screens having to zoom a lot >.> for painting) ...but my pc is really dying, like really.
I'm gonna buy a new one, but only in January, so I'm just uploading some old skecthes till I get the new pc.

In the last 3-4 months I managed to upload 4 drawings each month.
But I started my Phd, so I can already see/ notice that I wont be able to keep that number of uploads.
Just letting you guys know (especially the newer people in here), in case I upload only once a month or something like that.

This is a comm for @TsubassaKuro with his characters from the game.
I also play ffxiv, so it was pretty fun to do it ^^
I have a couple more drawings to finish of him, then I'll move on to something else.
I'm doing a few sketches with this character to post in a later date.
I'm trying not to worry about lines and blending, so I dont have a mental breakdown with coloring :)

I'm trying to better focus on other type of drawings..style. The last few drawings I did I was really worried about lineart and how smooth the blend of the colors were. I've been sketching a few things on my own time trying messier stuff . Once I have enough sketches I'll post here

I enjoy Wakfu a lot and love the art style.
Percedal, Pinpin,Perci..He gets many names during the story õ.O
I was going to draw a blue BG...and changed my mind but was too late to change the reflective light color :p
I had a couple drawings from these two characters. Decided to try to redraw them, it looks better, but some things I still prefer from the old drawing >.>

I used Smudge tool to blend the colors or just didin't in some spots ^^'
For the background, I used to customized brushes and just add lighter tones on top.
I'm really happy that this manga is finally getting more attention. I've been following from the first few chapters and...uhmm... other than Owari no seraph, is the only manga that I've been reading in years >.>
I really hope the animated show doens't get much hate or run away from the queer themes and relationships (╯•﹏•╰)

I used to fucking love KH...Nowadays, I'm indifferent towards it, kinda sad that I lost the passion I had for this series. Still, I listen to the soundtracks regularly!
I don't use clip studio that have a lot of tools towards manga style stuff ^^' but you can make do with photoshop. For the last method of halftone, I'll leave this guy youtube short that better explain in 20s how to create halftone brushes: Y...

My drawings are usually messier, BUT! with smudge tool is easier to "clean" and blend the colors, just be careful to not use too much, cuz it can get all blurry and muddy..it's weird to explain

I had this old catboy and decided to use him to show a bit how I do stuff.
- I suck a lineart, "cleaner" drawings are really hard for me. Usually I'll just sketch and leave lines for the very final.
- After i have the shape I want, I'll go lookfor references. Be it real photos orrandom sutff on the internet.
- I tend to put everythin at once, instead of a step by step, this makes things easier to visualize but it also makes it harder to fix, retouch anything. Usually I need to delete...
I think I made this character cuz I wanted to draw long hair and armor....but armor, metal... is really hard to paint >.>
