A few of you guys asked about my condo in the recent FAQ video. This is the condo. I rented this one just for 1 month but this week I moved to a different condo on a longer lease.

Just for those that are interested, this condo rents for 16,000 baht aka $480 USD per month, on Jomtien Beach. The name of the condo building is Cetus.

I wanted to post this for those that are interested in living in Thailand, this is what you get for under $500/month and it was fully furnished as well...

Saturday the 4th: Isuzu only drag race event at Bangkok Drag Ave. Show up at 6pm. This will go to 2am FYI. Food and beer is available at the track.

Heads up….

One of the wildest car shows in Thailand is going down February 12th. I’m waiting on more info but it’s going to be around Bangkok for sure. This event is very local, like Thai redneck, with lots of diesel trucks, a big rave, lots of models and just really really wild shit. I’ll post exact details in the next week or so but this is just your heads up.

A slide truck was hauling a modified D Max to the drag strip today, something happened and he had to stop on the side of the elevated highway and ended up getting hit by a big truck which knocked the D Max off the slide truck and off the highway to the road below. So crazy.

Big car show in Bangkok

Heads up guys, I just got word of a massive car meet at HomePro at Fashion Island mall in Bangkok on March 5th. Its going to be a really good one. Its in the parking deck of the mall and it'll be 4 floors of cars. The top floor will be the best cars, tons of models and a concert with a famous Thai band. Top floor is reserved for the best cars in Thailand and yes CreamPai has a spot!

Life is so chill currently

I hope everybody is having a good 2023 so far, mine has been so fucking chill! I haven’t felt this stress free and relaxed in a very long time. It’s really nice. Next week I’ll shoot an update video for everyone to let you know what’s going on with me but spoiler alert, not much, I’m actually taking time to relax all of January and I’m enjoying it fully!

Ken Block died today. Wow this is insane. He died in a snow mobile accident. That’s fucking crazy. He was a legendary car guy and rally driver! We were just talking about him on NYE.

Today

I was zipping around on my motorbike and randomly saw Pabalo and then we randomly spotted a Phoenix Yellow DC2 Intregra Type R replica done very nice. The owner saw us looking at it and recognized me from YouTube and chatted with us and then asked for a photo. Random but good times here in Jomtien Beach Thailand!
