The consensus seems clear

Everyone seems pretty much in agreement it's fair to increase the price for downloading all the old content.  (admittedly there's a strong selection bias, but since the people who's opinion I'm most interested in are those who have been dedicated supporters, that seems fine)

So I'm going to be going through and adjusting all the old archives to make them accessible at the $25 tier, and keeping a year's worth accessible for the $10 tier.  Will likely take a bit.  Then I'll...

Should we change things a bit?

So there's been quite a few people taking the $10 tier for a few days, then immediately cancelling so they can download everything.  Which is sort of the intended functionality, but it does seem to be more people than I thought it would be. I wonder if I should up it to the $25 tier?

It wouldn't impact people who are long term patrons at all, just people popping in to download everything and leave.  But even at $25, it would still be only 50 cents per month of content.  ...

March Theme Poll Results!

The Results for the March theme poll are in!  But complicated.  See yesterday Obviously cursed was leading with 8, and 2 other themes tied at 7.  Today Before and After is leading by 2!  3 votes in a burst!

Except when I took a look, all 3 came from the same IP address within about 30 seconds.  I THOUGHT you couldn't do that, but clearly I was mistaken.  So I decided to only count the first of those 3 votes.  Making it a tie.

How are things going?

From my end, I think we're doing okay.  I'm posting new stuff to the discord, and our first batch since the reboot is out.  Work proceeds on the December set.  

But there's next to no feedback ;). I'm honestly not sure if people are even seeing things, so please let me know how it's going on your end.  And feel free to send any suggestions or pictures my way too, always good to hear from you all.

So one of the things that has been an issue, and I keep coming back to, is that before the great tumblr apocalypse (when they started blocking adult stuff), I used to post the non patreon exclusive content there as soon as it was done.  With the Patreon only stuff being a bit of incentive to sign up and support me with a few bucks.

Since then, I've been stuck only posting adult content in batches.  Since I don't want to risk posting uncompressed images here and getting in trou...

Thinking of restarting the theme polls

You might recall, or not since it's been years, that I used to conduct a poll every set of comic pages.  To see what theme people wanted to see.  I'm thinking about starting that up again, as I miss the feedback and engagement.

Would anyone be interested in seeing that again?  Right now I'm working on next months set (nearly finished) and working to try to rebuild some of the audience we lost on tumblr so there's actually someone to respond to the poll.

How much real do you want?

So as mentioned, I'm considering writing up all the things I've been going through for the past few years.  Not the stuff about people dying and medical drama, but the more... Kinky stuff.

Short version is that as I had a lot of things buried in my head, and suddenly was stuck going "cold turkey".  This didn't go terribly well, and I spent time with many questionable characters on the internet trying to "get my fix" as it were >_<

Another Update

Soooo, not sure how to say this without giving away too much about where I live.  So to be terribly vague, my local hospital is one of those that the Corona patients are turning up in.  There was a case in a local school and lots of people are being tested/possibly exposed.

This is great timing what with my having to take care of a relative in hospital (see previous update).

On Hold for December (January Billing Date)

Okay so... It's because of aspects of my life I don't talk about (I know right?  Weird, there's stuff I don't talk about, but I got thrown a curve ball this month and I have had next to zero time to work on things.

And with still being a bit behind from the last billing cycle, I decided to suspend the campaign for the month.  In theory things will resolve and I can get back to work after Xmas.  I have no plans to cancel the campaign or make any major changes to what I'm d...

I'm trying to finish up all the dialogue and photo's before tomorrow evening.  It's sort of dialogue heavy though, so wish me luck.  

Campaign Update

As long promised, the campaign is now Monthly, and set to charge up front.

Q - How does this affect existing patrons?

A - Not at all.  Or shouldn't. 

Q - Why make this change?

A - Two main reasons.

One is now I'm not scrambling to schedule things around the date, or figure out what to release when.  I can just put stuff out as soon as it's done.

Revised reward tiers

Okay guys, I've been telling you it was coming for a while, but now it's happened.  I've just revised the reward tiers.  I've removed the $3 tier entirely, and added some new stuff to the $10 and $25 tiers.  

This is to bring things more in line with the planned 1/month releases rather than the old 2/month intention.  For now you can consider $3 patrons "Grandfathered" in, and I'll make new content visible for all patrons.  But in a month or two I'll start restr...

A turning point

Okay guys, here we are.

Some of you have probably noticed, tumblr is up to some shenanigans with how they are handling adult content.  Which is going to disrupt how I've distributed the comics that have been the main focus of this patreon.

There's also the very obvious ongoing problem of me not producing said comics with sufficient frequency to even merit keeping this thing running.

So this presents some difficulties and possibilities.
