I wanted a screen that would help me wake up in the morning.
I remembered that there are some specialized lights that slowly transition into a sunrise color so that you wake up more naturally.
I thought, why not do the same with an AutoTools Web Screen? :)
So here it is. It's a very simple screen, still in progress, that will transition between colors.
If you set it to transition from black to orange during maybe 120 seconds, it'll do just what I wanted! :)

In case you don't remember, AutoTools has a very robust JSON Reading mechanism :)
A lot of web resources are available in JSON, so if you need to read any in Tasker, AutoTools JSON Read will make it very easy!

Pixel 3 has a fancy new Flip to Shh feature, right? You simply turn your phone over on its face and it'll turn on Do Not Disturb.

So, I just thought I'd share this simple task I use every day:
When I turn off my car, my phone tells me to not forget it inside the car.
But the coolest part about it is that my kids' voices are the ones saying it! :D
I always get a smile on my face when I get out of the car now. :)

If you ever wanted to quickly start a voice call on WhatsApp, here's a way to do it!
I just added this to AutoContacts right now, so you'll have to use this version of it.
I'll upload this as a beta a bit later.
Every day I get emails from people with questions about their Tasker profiles/tasks.
They usually send me their XML files so I can test them out.
Prior to Tasker 5.5 I had to:
1. Download file to my phone
2. Open Tasker
3. Long click profiles/tasks tab
4. Select Import
5. Find the file on the local storage
6. Finally import it

Did you know that in Tasker you can change/toggle many of your system settings with one simple action?
Use the Custom Setting action like in the video (with the helper) and you can toggle the System Vibration setting for example :)
Try it out with the settings on your device and see what works!

Did you know that you can easily calculate time in Tasker?
Use the AutoTools Time action!
For example, here's how you add 10 minutes to the current time.
If you want, you can also add or subtract to any other date.
