Work Continues

Hey.

As some of you may know I was on a two week motorcycle trip to the Pyrennees with a good friend. It was very nice and I have revigorated energy to continue working.
Now that I'm back work on the Horus Heresy lore series will continue.  Episode 2 - Virus Bombing will be quite the lengthy episode so It may take a while, but it will be the next upload on the channel.

Cosplay

As most you may know I've been developing deathkorps cosplay stuff.
One thing that always bothered me about my own uniform was lack of proper pants and not having real putties.  Well... They finally arrived.

The pants are GDR Volkspolizei riding pants. Even though the tint is slightly off, the color fits surprisingly well with my swiss army coat. It would also work really well as an officers pants.

Horus Heresy Part 2 - WIP

Kriegmarines package releases

Death Korps Purity Seal

At first I wanted it to print in FDM but I quickly found out It was too rough (especially with my 0.8mm nozzle) so I decided to grab my old Resin printer again and give it a try. Turned out quite nicely.

Updating the Lore Video style

As I mentioned before I'm going to use the new Horus Heresy video as an opportunity to upgrade the visual style of the lore videos. The death korps videos are fine but they lacked a bit of finesse in my opinion, especially when it comes to showing the armies.

Horus Heresy Lore - Warmaster

The script for episode 1 is finished. Its the longest lore script I've written thus far with more than 5000 words I suspect it will be about 30 minutes long. Now its up the voiceactor to record it and then animation on it can begin.
I will hopefully be able to develop the style a bit from the Vraks series so the overall visuals may change a bit.

Krieg Civil War - Part 3

Hey

Hope you will enjoy the episode. It wraps up the Krieg Civil War with quite a bang.

Vraks Lore - Episode 9 - Battle in the Void

Heey, here we go with another Vraks Lore video.
This time we focus on the Chaos fleet arriving in the Vraks system.

This is by far the longest lore video so far with 26 minutes of footage.
It episode was a lot of work to get all the ships move consistently and not clip with each other. Its something I had not done before with so many elements on screen but I think it turned out nicely.

We've got pretty much all of the props and character rigs almost done. Only finishing up the Frankian mega mech I showed you in the last Creating video, some terrain finalizations and making a French fortress seen in the distance. From here there still is a lot of the character animation that needs to be done though which will take a lot of time but it will be steady progress....

Kriegmarines Modular Kit

By popular request I've been working on developing a modular bits kit for the Kriegmarines and I think I've pulled it off.
Obviously more bits with different arms and leg poses will come soon.

I wanted to get a bit of modelmaking practice in first before trying to tackle the modular model as I wasn't sure I had the skills yet. But now after 5 releases I felt I had the insight and experience to start working on it. And yeh I think it works pretty well.
