This is an eyebrow creation kit using tattoo mode. It allows you to draw eyebrows of any shape and export characters without CC.

CAS BACKGROUND
Versions 2 and 3 - lighter black background so that your character with custom black hair does not blend into the background.
Since the background is just an image and not a 3D room, it may appear very poorly on some computers. This is not a problem on my end. It's all about your GraphicRules.ini settings.
