Some of this footage was taken before my hospital visit. A couple months ago I had a small fall with extreme injuries. I had a ruptured lung and fractured ribs. After 4 days in the hospital with a chest tube, where I just finished working at, I was released home to increase activity as tolerated. It was a slow, but steady recovery. Welcome to coconut grove on Tioman Island, Malaysia. I have relocated into a cute shack right on the beach. In this video, we will do some jungle trekking and visiting a wonderful waterfall. Swimming in cold waterfall pools is a great way to stay out of this heat.

In this video it is time to leave the city and get tropical! I leave the magical city of Malacca and make a 5 hour journey to Mersing. There a local ferry takes me to a well known scuba diving island called Tioman. I have explored both the West coast and central cities of Malaysia. Therefore, it is time to see what the East coast will bring us! We are officially island hopping!
