He asked me what brought me to Myanmar of all places and I told him I watched this couple on youtube and was just blown away by how nice the people were and wanted to experience it for myself. The guy was like are you talking about Kyde and Eric ?!? And I was like YES! and he started talking about how you guys inspired him to see Myanmar too...

Kyde has been wanting to carve a pumpkin, but it's not that easy to find one that isn't mega expensive in Tokyo!  Here's a pumpkin she is proud of creating when we were back in the US.  It's name is Jacques.  Did you guys do any pumpkins this year?  PICTURES PLEASE!

When Eric was little, his dad actually owned an airplane.  Not sure why his dad really had it, but we're guessing it was just an awesome hobby.  They would use it to go to places and Eric's dad would actually let Eric fly the damn thing!  How crazy is that!  We don't have photographic or video evidence of this, but it totally happened.  Instead, we've provided another video of the biplane rides we have enjoyed in VA.  This video was shot by Eric, which would explain...

Kyde Fact #55

Kyde just found a bunch of old photos!  This is her favorite picture from her childhood because it's actually the first real experience she can remember!  This was the day that her family moved from Richmond, VA to Fredericksburg, VA. It was a chaotic day with lots of newness, so it makes sense that her brain came online on that particular one.

The tattoo on Eric's upper left arm is a collage of manned space capsules—Mercury, Apollo, and Gemini—from the early NASA days.  It's beautiful!
