1. In Clip Studio, I draw rough thumbnail to get the basic concept down.
2. Rough sketch. I make a more formal sketch to work out he layout, pose, and proportions. I start getting some of the details roughed out.
3. Final sketch. I sketch the fine detail for the characters. I use separate layers in multiple folders for the various characters which makes it easier to plan, especially when so many of the characters overlap. If you look closely, you can see that I draw some par...

I think that this is about to become a cream-filled egg.

What's a rave without colorful, flashy costume outfits? And what's a unicorn other than a pony with something extra?
It turns out that Scotland's National Unicorn Day is on April 9th, which happens to be my birthday! (I suspect that this is probably just a coincidence.)

Bring your suggestions for April-themed art!
My next sketch stream will be on Sunday, April 14th at 6PM Pacific Time.
It's April so this month's theme includes Easter, bunnygirls, Spring, April Fool's pranks, birthdays (because my birthday was in April), and unicorns (because International Unicorn Day is on my birthday).
Bring your suggestions to the sketch stream or, if you can't make the stream, add them to the comments on this post.
I will post the URL for the stream when I am ready to star...

1. In Clip Studio, I basic sketch to work out the layout, pose, and proportions. I start getting some of the details roughed out and plan the general position of the hair and nightie and where the light from the window will fall.
2. Final sketch. I sketch the fine detail for the characters.
3. Inking. I scale the canvas up to four times the size and use a variable-width inking brush for the character and a constant-width brush for hard things on vector layers. I use lots of ...

Would you rather be the big spoon or the little spoon?

1. In Clip Studio, I start with a thumbnail to get the basic concept down on a canvas 1050 x 1680 using a large pencil. This is a thumbnail so I'm not too worried about precise details, just more about getting ideas in place.
2. Next, a more formal sketch to work out the layout, pose, and proportions. I start getting some of the details roughed out. I made a lot of use of the perspective ruler to set this scene up. It took several attempts to find the right angle and positions to line t...

Neatly hogtied and packed in, I'm not sure if the mistress is punishing her sissies by closing the box to push them together or by opening the box to pull them apart.

2019-03-30 03:12:27 +0000 UTC View PostI'm sorry the first picture came so late in the month. I'm trying to switch over to doing the full process in Clip Studio (instead of inking in Clip Studio, then coloring and shading in Photoshop). When I get the hang of it, it will be much faster but, initially, it is very much a slow learning process.

"...aaand... ACTION!"
Since, as a stunt performer, your face isn't in the shot, the make-up isn't strictly necessary but it helps your co-star with his performance. Filming the perfect shot requires enthusiasm and as many takes as it takes. It's fine. You can take it.
