Merry Christmas from a very snowy Northern Japan! We've had record snowfall up here this year❄️ I was very lucky to have been invited to Yamagata Prefecture to promote their onsen town so I got to experience the snow all week! My First Job of 2020! 🥳

Last week I had my first paying job of 2020, haha. At least it wasn't a complete write off! Shout out to the Japanese government for hiring me to promote the Olympic Host Towns around Japan 🙏

Shibuya Photo Walk 🏮

I'm currently in Tokyo for this month's Neko Neko Post packing session! Met up with a few of my friends who are also super talented photographers, and was super lucky to have them guide us on a stroll through Shibuya to some of the spots they like to take nighttime photos! 

I've really gotten into taking photos recently - unfortunately I still haven't learned how to use a fancy camera properly so I use my iPhone, but hey it's just for fun ☺️

My Favourite Spot in the City 🍁 Morioka Castle Park

Took a little stroll around Morioka Castle Park today - I couldn't believe the colours! I had never been here in the fall before😍 On Saturday at 11:00am Japan Time I'll be doing a little ~walk with me~ livestream here, hope you guys can join!

Tsurunoyu Onsen Resort 🍂 Akita, Northern Japan

I spent Halloween weekend at Tsurunoyu Onsen Resort in Akita Prefecture. It is only about a one hour drive from where I live in Morioka! I've been to many onsen resorts during my time in Japan and this one is my favourite. The outdoor scenery is breathtaking. Some believe that winter is the best season to enjoy this resort, but my vote goes to fall🍁How could you possibly beat these colours!!

Hey guys! It's Friday afternoon here in Japan. Long Overdue Cat Update, Expensive Apartments & Ghosts!

So I hadn't had any updates on the cats in almost two months, and I was starting to get really anxious so I messaged my ex today and asked how they were doing. He said they're both great and sent some pics! Luna has recovered from her skin issue, which ultimately everyone decided was from Maro scratching her. So tomorrow Mark and I are getting together for another livestream on the Sharla in Japan channel, this time we'll be experimenting with interesting takoyaki fillings! The batter will be basically a pancake batter (no fish flavouring like regular savory takoyaki) so I think anything sweet would work!
