2023 Wrap-Up

Ahoy folks!

It's been a while, so I wanted to check in to keep you informed of what's going on in the Fapp world.

Thanks to our partnership with Fenris Publishing, we've been enjoying a physical presence at many cons around the world, and are looking to expand with more physical offerings in the near future.

We're still on track to move forward with more expansions next year with the build-up to the release of Fapp: Booty Brigade.

With the current rumblings about chang...

Night of Endless Climax

Even in relative safety around campfires in the company of their fellows, the Hunters that delve into the Chancel are never truly safe. A few careless words shared between them are enough to plant the seeds of corruption for the most insidious of infections - that of memetic corruption - those few eldritch entities for whom merely knowing about them causes their corruption to begin taking root.

The most virulent of...

The corruption sown through the Chancel by Ahe'gauu does not stand alone as the only influence of the other cosmos that has come to behold this suffering city. Though the overwhelming corruptive force of the living planet seems without peer, there are indeed older and stronger sources of eldritch influence in the great beyond. No strangers to the land of Jizzral, these outer beings have occasionally passed through the space b...

Perched as it is upon the frigid northern shore of the land, many might suspect that seafaring trade played a large part in the Chancel's growth. In truth, their harbor is actually a rather new development, as they've had little motive to trade with outsiders until recently. What few foreign ports pepper Jizzral are quite distant, and the horrors that plague the ocean depths make journeying across them quite dangerous without th...

Beloved plaything of the Lady of Gluttony, the horrendously fat and bloated mass of undulating flesh that graces the lady's court was once a Thrall known as Gauzhe. Thrust into a deathtrap known as the 'Goulash Gauntlet' alongside his peers for the amusement of the Chancel's Ladies, so that they might get their rocks off watching the unlucky contestants struggle against a cavalcade of creative Bad Ends, Gauzhe miraculously...

Though adventurers must of course prepare themselves for the possibility of a bad end whenever they embark on a new task, for the hunters who plunge headlong into the Chancel this risk is instead a near-certainty. It is for this reason that most Hunters are advised to make peace with their gods before setting foot in the fallen city, but even that is not enough to guarantee their safe passage into their afterlife of choice - ...

Fresh Hunters entering the Chancel through the safety of the Nightveil Academy grounds often meet their first taste of the beast plague's corruption when encountering its current head professor, the Great Beast Labete. But such formalities are unnecessary - he's more than happy to be called Professor Roux. Despite his extremely monstrous appearance and the many writhing maws that adorn his body, Roux has maintained an unusual sen...

New Release Date for Fapp: Spunkborne

Happy Fapp Friday folks!

Due to the overwhelming popularity of Fapp: Spunkborne, this is set to be our biggest expansion yet by far! In an effort not to burn out our artists, we're delaying the book release by a month so our team has more time to put their best efforts into this truly massive collection of monstrosities. Look forward to Fapp: Spunkborne releasing on July 1st!

The destabilization of the Chancel has not only allowed creatures to seep in from Ahe'gauu's realm of limitless pleasure, but has also weakened the bountries between other planes the overlap with this location as well, including the endless expanse of cum known as the Infinite Gyre.

While several varieties of cum elementals have found their way into the cities, tainted and corrupted by the influence of the old cum, ...

Korvo had long idolized the beautiful stonework of this damned city. With such a tremendous labor force of Thralls at their disposal, the Ladies of the Chancel spared no effort in frequent beautification projects to decorate the city of stone with all manner of motifs, from fantastical fountains and erotic edifices to entire gardens of splendid stone statues that captured the likeness of great ladies and fantastic beas...

While at rest, the innocuous appearance of this leather-bound tome might cause it to be overlooked at first, but those who spend time in its proximity begin to hear strange whispers that tempt them to peruse its pages. The foul intelligence within the tome slowly learns more about the listener the more its whispers reach them, better understanding what secrets it can offer to coerce them into perusing its pages. Lady of Pride

Among the seven Whore Queens of the Chancel, the Lady of Pride is often viewed as the most pivotal role, as her domain in coordinating and maintaining the city's temples and worship doctrines is vital in maintaining the demonic boons that keep the city running. Without those profane gifts that fuel much of the city's magic and keep it warm against the bitter cold outside its walls, they would be truly destitute.

The distinction between Thrall and livestock is a thin one within the chancel that ultimately comes down to semantics. Both are considered property owned by their Ladies, one just has the baggage of failing out of the Gulag and losing their opportunity for citizenship before being resigned to this fate.

Because of this, Thralls and livestock are used interchangeably within the Chancel. Both feral beasts...

Among the many, many Thralls that labored without any hope for reprieve within the walls of the Chancel, few were considered trustworthy or capable enough to serve as armed guardians for their Ladies - none, in fact, without special enchantments and fleshcrafting applications to ensure their obedience. Those strong and skilled enough to be chosen for bodyguard duties were often twisted with mental compulsions to protect and se...

While those who fall to the Beast Plague can take any number of forms, it is only the most powerful and depraved of individuals who end up manifesting truly unique reflections of that eldritch influence. Behold, dog! Indeed, there are surprisingly a great many unbound hounds to behold wandering the streets of the Chancel after its fall. Dogs are scary. Their quick, low strikes bring hunters to their knees, seizing every opportunity to harry dis...

In the intervening time, one of our key artists, Min / Demonskunk, will be releasing his own tabletop RPG, Aether Ad...
