Aiden's 2nd CG (SPOILERS)

Aiden's 2nd CG was turned into a mini-CG. Now mini-CGs are CGs but also sprites with a full range of expressions. Caine and Dimitri have also had these before. As you know, January will be put on pause, though newcomers can still join and enjoy the latest content.

I took a long break and did nothing but socialize, play with my pets, and play games. I'll be back to work soon and hopefully resume a regular schedule!

I met a couple of people who were sick during Christmas, but I've tested negative for covid several times, so at least I'm lucky as well. Hope you're all doing well.

Discord safe practices

One of the perks for being a Plus tier supporter, is that members get a special Patreon role in the Tailor Tales Discord.

I have now seen at least three members with this role who have had their account compromised. A bot then proceeded to spam the Discord with a harmful link.

I really don't want my Patreons to fall for this, and it is especially hard to have to ban them,  so let's keep up with some safety measurements!

A month break!

So what with putting down two of my cats last week, and Gray's writer leaving the project, and releasing the DLC on Steam, it's been quite chaotic.

I was just going to try and work a bit on Gray's route as well so that in January, he'd have two chapter released. But, as I looked over the chapters, I realized it required more art.

And that's when I realized; yeah I need a break!

If you run into the error that "jo_selfie_3" or something similar is missing, please follow these steps:

New writer!

I want to welcome our new writer Gwynne aboard! They'll be taking over Gray's route and hopefully finish it next year.

Thanks to everyone who applied before.

Because I wasn't able to get as much work done this month, Aiden will only get 1 new chapter for next month's update. Gray still gets 2 new chapters, and hopefully that will remain 2 a month if Gwynne is able to keep outputting chapters :D

Important update about Gray's route

This is unfortunately not a very happy update.

Nadine, the writer for Gray's route, is permanently stepping away due to health issues. These remain private. I thank her for all her work so far, and for making a lovable Gray. I wish her good luck and good health.

Currently, 20 out of 30 chapters are written in total for Gray's route. That leaves me in search for a new writer to pick up the last act of Gray's story.

I've finished coding Gray's chapters 12 and 13, with chapter 13 having like 4 unique new backgrounds for the funfair event.

Aiden's chapter 6 will feature its first Plus content.

Most likely Aiden's chapters will be back to 1 a month in December due to working on DLC release for Steam.

Future game(s)

I create a lot of surveys and listen to player feedback on the things they like, want to see, and things they would not like etc.

Tailor Tales is still an on-going game, and technically could go on indefinitely by adding more stories. Everything is still on track ;)
