So I held a survey asking which character you'd like to have a spin off story from.
The majority chose Nornus! Second place is Billius.
I will honour these votes, and intend to create stories for both characters. These will be roughly 5k-8k words and be a single contained story, with a completely different universe/setting.

Tailor Tales has a growing collection of side characters, and not everyone gets to shine in their own route like Eeyok can.
But I was thinking... what if I just write a short romantic story about them? It can be between 3k to 10k words - a small spinoff. Either set in the same route, or a different universe, whatever suits my fancy.
It won't have any different endings, no CGs, but you can make some choices here and there. It'll be short and sweet, as that's something I can manage ...

A little later than usual!
As based on the poll, Eeyok's epilogue will now feature two entirely different endings that don't merge. The sexual content will likely feature the same dialogue and CG, but everything else is different.
Since I'm still writing Eeyok's epilogue, I'm a little behind than usual. I'll see how it pans out at the end of the month, otherwise I may have to release chapters 26/27 separately for each ending.

I'm currently writing Eeyok's epilogue.
The way I always worked is that the route endings would merge together at the end. This made for a very long epilogue (usually around 10k words).
However, Eeyok's different endings lead to two entirely different outcomes. I can merge them together of course, but I was wondering if people wouldn't mind if I simply had two wildly different epilogues. Quin's first chapter has been written, rejoice! The new writer, Scriptress, is in charge of Quin's route. I want at least 15 chapters of Quin to be written before I start coding it into the game, so it'll take a while, but at least he's the 9th route!

Wrapped up Eeyok's passionate ending, and currently writing his innocent ending. I figured I'd finish writing one ending first before starting the other. That means the epilogue is nearing, and Eeyok's route will come to a wrap.

Writing, writing, writing! Eeyok's route has surpassed the 100k word count a while ago, currently clocking in at 117k words (as of chapter 22). As expected, Eeyok's route would be longer than the average, but still shorter than James. My guess is his route will be around 150k words.
Chapter 21 is currently being coded, with hopefully chapter 22 getting finished this month as well....

Well, I knew it was coming.
Zex's route features his friend, Glenn. His route is modern slice of life combined with some supernatural elements.
Due to Glenn showing up earlier in Eeyok's route, people have already gotten a taste of this snarky blind boy, and have grown to like him. So much of course, they want him as a love interest.

Well, despite the warning I said about Moonstone Remix, I have to say that's the only thing I've worked on these past few weeks! Just because my programmer has lost a lot of progress, doesn't mean I can't do some work on it.
I've been learning the engine Godot, getting myself familiar with the GUI, and how to set up a very simple scene in which I could control a character and move it around. It's a lot different than RPG Maker (engine used in Tailor Tales), who has all of that built-in....

My programmer who's been with me all this time, working on Tailor Tales (he's also worked on Omori if anyone's familiar with the game!) and currently working on Moonstone Remix, has had a very unfortunate and bizarre incident where all the electronics in his house got fried and died. From his fridge, to microwave, to computers and other things. He lost his hard drives, they're all wiped and won't work.

Last month was busy, but so is this month! I've reached 100k words in Eeyok's script so far, so he'll have a slightly longer route than average, but still shorter compared to James. His route requires a ton of new backgrounds and new characters with the latest chapters. Plus, there's a bunch of CGs in between that I must draw as well.
Thankfully nature backgrounds are always easy to draw...

I am briefly entertaining the idea of turning Zex's route into a split route; you can choose Zex or Glenn (his friend) to romance halfway through the route. I know plenty of you would like to romance side characters they encount...

I was today years old when a friend of mine told me he was disappointed that he couldn't befriend the dog in the new Persona 3 remake.

Chapter 12 has been coded, and just like Neil's chapter 12, it's about a masquerade ball! This one is more time-appropriate haha.
I have also finished writing Aiden's side story, which is his point of view of chapter 7 (the reveal). Now I just need to code it into the game! Then we can finally release Gray's as well as Aiden's DLC on Steam.

A user here alerted me to the fact that Gray's outfit achievements were never added to the player's inventory, instead you would get Caine's outfit achievements duplicated. Oops!
If you use the password "grayoutfit" it will give you the missing outfits!
