Clear Clutch Cover Installed!

Hey guys!

So we got the all new Ducabike V4 Clear clutch cover, pressure plate and spring retainer installed and it looks sooooo good!

Also the akra full titanium exhaust arrived today!!!!  So the next thing we will be doing is tearing the entire bike apart to get the stock exhaust off and then installing the akra system!

And finally, Christina and I will be flying out TOMORROW as we will be filming for a national TV show.  We might be gone for a week or two or an entire ...

Carbon V4S Upgrades Begin!

Hey guys!

I'm so freaking excited to finally start making upgrades to the bike!  

We started off with the NRC tail tidy and mirror block offs with the integrated turn signals and I'm very happy with how much it cleaned up the lines of the bike.

We are still waiting on a lot of parts BUT they should all be arriving in a week or two and then this bike is going to super badass very quickly.

Custom Seat Cover for the Carbon V4S!

Hey Guys!

I wanted to share the seat cover we came up with for the Carbon V4S!

We decided to go with the black and red theme since that seemed to be the most popular among the patrons.

This is a combination of black suede with red diamond stitching and then it has the V4S badge embroidered along with the "Carbon Edition" and our signatures.

I think this along side the matte carbon body work, red glossy carbon wheels and other red accent pieces is really going to look amazing....

Break in Service Complete!

Hey guys!

The V4S is finally broken in and had its first service done!  

The break in oil and filter has been replaced, the rear brake reservoir has been flushed with new fluid, chain was cleaned, adjusted and lubed and the ECU even got an update.

We can now finally start adding upgrades to this bad boy and I'm super excited to get started!

We are currently still waiting on the akra full exhaust so we might start on some other things as it might still be another week bef...

Break in Complete and Stock HP Numbers!

Hey guys!

We took the bike to Karns Performance to finish the break in and then we got the stock HP numbers.

This beast did just under 184 hp bone stock in 90 degree weather!  That's 1 hp off of what our 1299 did fully modded!!!

I think after the full akra system, sprint filter and up map we will be over 200 hp to the wheel!

This bike is really going to be insane and I can't wait to start tearing it apart!

Panigale V4S Ride & Review!

Hey guys!

Since this is a brand new bike and we have to put on a few hundred break in miles before we can do the dyno, replace the exhaust etc, I thought it would be cool to take you guys along for a ride and give you my thoughts and feelings on the bike.

BST Carbon Wheels for the V4S!

Hey guys!

These are the carbon wheels we will be getting for the V4S.  They are the newest wheels from BST called Rapid Tek.  

They are some of the best looking, lightest carbon wheels available and they are almost identical to the wheels off the 1299 superleggera, which were one of my favorite wheels of all time.

I know we had talked about doing matte carbon bodywork with gloss red carbon wheels and accent pieces BUT I want to get a final opinion from you guys.

Purchased the 2018 Panigale V4S!!!!

Wanted you guys to be the first to see it!  We officially have our next bike and the Carbon V4 Series has begun!

I can't even explain how amazing this bike is....it really is a huge step forward as far as comfort, ease of riding, electronics, handling and the speed when you get up higher in the rev range is literally ballistic.

Adding More Power to the Carbon Panigale!

Hey guys!

First off this is a BONUS episode and you were not charged for it.

I spoke with Rapid Bike and they wanted us to make some adjustments to the bike in order to get closer to the proper HP numbers.

We ended up gaining 5 more HP.  So stock it was 178hp, last dyno it was 181hp and today it did just under 187hp.

So the bike officially weighs 380lbs and put out 187hp to the wheel which makes it one of the lightest an...

Your Carbon V4 Exhaust - Akra Full System!

Hey guys,

So in my mind there is really only one exhaust that belongs on this bike and that is the Akra full titanium system.

This exhaust takes the stock 214hp and boosts it to 226hp!!!  It also saves 12.5 lbs and looks absolutely amazing!

Planning out the Carbon V4S Build

Hey guys!

I'm in the process of ordering parts for the V4S Full Carbon build and wanted to get your feedback on a few things.

First off, I'd like this build to have some color.  I found this 1299 and I really like how the black and red looks together.  

I was thinking we could do matte carbon bodywork with some red glossy carbon wheels and red glossy decals along with red ducabike clear clutch stuff etc. to really set this build off.

Next Build - Full Carbon Panigale V4S!!!

I am so freaking excited to announce the next bike we will be customizing and giving away....The all new 2018 Ducati Panigale V4S!!!!

The only way I could think to follow a full carbon 1299 is to do the WORLDS FIRST FULL CARBON V4!!!  

I would like to add some color to this one with some accessories so I'll be getting feedback from you guys shortly on that as well.

Final Episode is live!

Hey guys!

Can't believe this is the last episode of the carbon panigale series...feels like we just gave away the Daytona a few weeks ago.

So the final numbers for the bike were 380 lbs and 183 hp on the dyno.  We also picked up 10 hp in the mid range which is really amazing for the street and I'm very happy with that.

We ended up saving right around 40 lbs off the bike which makes this one of the lightest and fastest street legal Panigales in the world!

$50,000 Carbon Panigale Complete!

I can't believe we are here already, BUT the bike is officially complete!  The only thing we've got left is to put it on the dyno and find out how much power she makes and let Dado take it for a spin to get his reaction :)

I'm really happy with how the shock turned out.  I think black was 100% the right choice.  I also LOVE the carbon kickstand.  It's not something you see very often and I think it was a perfect finishing touch to what has turned into a living piece of art....

Custom Fabrication for the Panigale!

Hey guys!

Thanks for being patient for this one...Dado was out of town for a few weeks in Croatia and my back was destroyed so we had a little layover on videos BUT we are now back in action!

We've basically got 2 videos left and the bike will be FINISHED!

So I just wanted to let ya know I screwed my back up pretty bad yesterday playing basketball and had to reschedule the dyno appointment for next week.

We are still going to try and film a video on Sunday and I will try to get it up for you guys by Monday.

Super light Chain and Sprockets!

Hey guys!

We got super light weight chain and sprockets installed along with rizoma front and rear axle sliders and man did they turn out sick!

We also did a 520 chain conversion which will add 1 or 2 hp along with a few foot pounds of torque.  The sprockets and chain should have also saved a few more pounds as well!

I really love the black and gold chain which adds just a touch of color and matches the build really well.

Panigale V4 for next Series?

Hey guys!

So the Carbon Panigale series will be finished by the end of this month and we will choose a winner in the first week of June!

That being said, I'm looking into what bike I'd like to do for the next series and the obvious choice for me is the Panigale V4.

Would you guys like to see a Custom Panigale V4 build?  I was thinking do all carbon accents and then do a custom wrap or paint scheme, which we would discuss with you guys.

Building a Custom Tune for the Bike!

Hey guys!

So as you know we need to put 200 to 300 miles on the bike in order for the Rapid Bike Auto Fuel controller to build a proper tune.  

So I thought it would be cool to share some of the process with you guys to get us out of the garage and let you see this beast on the road a little.

We also went over to the powder coat shop and took at a look at the three most popular colors for the shock, Black, Red and Grey.

Blacked out Decals & Carbon Brake Ducts!

Hey guys!

We got the blacked out decals installed along with the carbon brake cooling ducts and the blacked-out radiator guards and I really like how they all turned out.

The stealth decals really give it a stock look while keeping with the custom feel of the project, so I'm glad we decided to put those on.

I also really like the look of the carbon brake ducts and love that they will help reduce brake fade and keeps rocks/debris out of the brake pads.

Blacked out Grips and Levers Installed!

Hey guys!

In this episode we installed a new set of blacked out grips from domino race along with some gorgeous TWM breakaway levers.

We also installed some throttle spacers that pulled out all of the wiggle from the throttle and it feels A LOT better now.

Carbon Wheels are Installed!

Hey guys,

So we finally got the Rotobox Boost Carbon wheels installed and I am so happy with how they turned out!!!

The pics and videos don't even do it justice.  I really can't describe how good these wheels look and feel in person.  

And man it was so nice to finally get the bike out for a ride.  I can't believe how much the bike has transformed with all the work we've done.  It feels very fast and very light. haha

Custom Luimoto Seat Cover Installed!

Hey guys!

So we finally got the custom, one of a kind luimoto seat cover installed and I'm so happy with how it looks!

The red diamond stitching, with the custom embroidery looks so amazing next to all the carbon fiber....I literally can't even explain how badass it is in person.

We also got the rear brake line swapped out and got the rear brakes bled along with getting the gas tank filled with no leaks!

Continuing Rear Spring Color...

Hey Guys,

Thought it might help to put up a pic of our bike so we can see the other color's around the shock spring.

I think what we will do is take the bike down to the powder coat place and have them pull a few colors that everyone seems to like and see how they look next to the carbon and silver in that area...

Rear Shock Color...

Hey guys!

This is a 1299 Superleggera.  The shock on this is a one of a kind Ohlins model that actually has a titanium spring...pretty epic huh.  Ours isn't that impressive BUT I wanted to show this for color comparison.

The yellow stock spring color is SHIT.  So lets powder coat this bitch.  I'm thinking we really only have three color options.

1. Matte Black (My fav)

2. Matte Grey (Similar to the Superleg)

3. Red?

Full Carbon Tank is Installed!!!

Hey guys!

As you can see, we finally got the full six carbon tank installed on the bike and we are so freaking stoked with the fit and finish.

This truly looks like a batman bike now and we've still got lots to do including getting the carbon wheels installed within the next few weeks!

Also, thank you for your feedback regarding the decals...I'm still deciding whether to put the black ones on or leave the option to the new owner.  Might toss up a poll in a few days and go with...

Thoughts on Stock Stickers?

Hey guys!

So we've got two stock sticker sets for the bike.  One set is silver and one set is black.

I personally love the black on black look like the picture above with the 848 Evo Dark Edition.   That is what I would put on BUT I wanted to see if there were any strong objections.

So would you prefer black, silver or leave them off and send them along with the new owner?
