Blacked out TWM Rear Sets Installed!

Hey guys!

So freaking stoked with how these rear sets turned out!  They look fantastic, are lighter, provide more grip and are fully adjustable!

Shout out to Mani from www.motomillion.com for suggesting and helping to develop these beautiful rear sets!

Also, the tank will be here Tuesday or Wednesday and will be installed shortly after so stay tuned for more great mods to come!

Ducabike Clear Clutch Cover Installed!

Hey guys!

We got the Ducabike clear clutch installed and it looks SO GOOD!

Really love the black on black look next to the carbon and titanium...works so well together.

The carbon tank should be here late next week so after that gets installed we can take the bike to Koups Ducati to have the carbon wheels put on!

It's really starting to come together now.  Hope you guys are excited and lots more coming soon!

Carbon Fairings Completed!

Hey guys!

So we got the carbon engine case covers heat shielded and installed along with the carbon side fairings and DEAR GOD, they look AMAZING!

The matte carbon tank is on its way along with the luimoto seat cover so I'm hoping we can install those in the next episode to complete the carbon, blacked out look.

And then once this damn snow melts and we get some nicer weather, I will be taking the bike over to koups ducati to get the carbon wheels installed!

Carbon Tank Coming Soon!

Hey guys!

Originally we were tossing around the idea of doing a brushed aluminum tank but then I decided lets just complete the full carbon theme.   

So we ordered a Full Six Matte Carbon tank from Mani at www.motomillion.com!!!!

It should be arriving early next week and we will install it shortly after.

I was also curious how close our build compared to the best bike Ducati has to offer so here are some stats to consider...

Carbon Tail Section & Fenders Installed!

Hey guys!

We got the carbon tail section installed along with carbon front and rear fenders and OH MY GOD they look amazing.

All of these pieces fit much easier as well, which was a welcome change from the front end. haha

Next we will be starting on the carbon side panels along with heat shielding the carbon engine case overs and bottom of the seat.

Our carbon tank should be arriving shortly too (hopefully this week) and that is going to be AMAZING.

Full Carbon Front End Installed!!!

Guys, I can't even explain how excited I am with how this is coming together...

The matte carbon looks absolutely unreal, the lights are super bright and the windscreen is amazing quality.

Huge shout out to Mani from www.motomillion.com for helping us get these parts and of course to Dado for his patience on this one...

This is just a taste of how freaking amazing this bike is going to look when we are done.

Saving Weight & Adding MORE POWER!!!

This was a pretty intense episode on our end BUT I'm really happy we got these performance mods installed.

The supercell lithium battery saved us another 5lbs and we still have more weight loss to come!

The Rapid Bike Fuel Controller will be amazing with the full akra system and the high flow sprint filter is going to give us a ton more power as well.

This bike is going to be an absolute BEAST when we are done.

We will finally be starting the carbon fairing installation next ...

Custom Luimoto Seat!

Hey guys!

I wanted to share the completed seat design that we came up with!

We decided to go with the black suede and red diamond stitching to keep it classy and give the bike a bit of color since most of it will be matte black when we are done.

Luimoto did a great job with the embroidery layout and I can't freaking wait to see the finished product installed on the carbon Panigale!

Just wanted to share some behind the scenes stuff we've been working on.

$4,000 Carbon Wheels Have Arrived!!!

Hey guys!

I can't even explain to you how freaking happy we are with these Rotobox Boost carbon wheels.  The matte finish is absolutely stunning.  

Huge shout out to Mani from www.motomillion.com for getting these wheels for us.  He is the unsung hero of this build :)

I'm also very happy we got that dirty oil and filter changed...it was badly needed.

And getting the water wetter and distilled water into the coolant system should help bring the running temperatu...

Fresh Fluids and Rizoma Reservoirs!!!

What up guys!

I can't even explain how happy Dado and I were to get these fluids swapped out...dear god were they dirty. lol

I'm really happy with how these new Rizoma Reservoirs look too.  And the clear tubing is such a nice touch...thanks to Mani from www.motomillion.com for that one :)

We will be swapping every fluid on this bike by the time we are done so you can all rest assured, this bike will be ready for its new home :)

Full Akra Exhaust is Installed!

After a lot of work, I'm very happy to announce that the $5,000 full akra exhaust system has been successfully installed!!!!

This has to be one of the best looking and sounding exhausts I've ever seen or heard.  WOW.

Huge thanks to Mani from www.motomillion.com.  He literally got us one of the last full systems that existed in the country.

We saved over 10 lbs and will gain around 12 hp once the fuel controller is installed!

Our new Carbon Fiber wheels!!!

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you our new wheels!  

Mani from www.motomillion.com sent me these pics late last night and oh my god do they look AMAZING!!!

We had to special order these to get the matte carbon finish to match matte carbon fairings...and I am so happy we did.

These are the rotobox boost carbon fiber wheels which save a little over 10 lbs according to the website.  You can read more about them here!

Episode 2 is Live!

Hey guys!

If you've ever wondered what it took to remove the stock system, now you know :)

We got the entire bike torn apart in preparation of the Akrapovic Full Titanium System, which we will be installing this Saturday!

Mani from www.motomillion.com is also sending the carbon wheels out tomorrow so its going to be a carbon fest in Dado's garage very soon. haha

Episode 1 of the Carbon Panigale Series!!!

Here we go!!!!

I hope you guys are as excited as we are for this series.  We got the bike on the Dyno for the stock horse power number and it did 178 hp!!!

I think that is bang on for what a stock Panigale should make and I'm thinking after all the performance mods we should be around 190 hp.

We also got a lot of the parts in from Mani over at www.motomillion.com and OH MY GOD are they amazing.

The Exhaust for the Carbon Panigale :)

People were asking which exhaust we were using so here it is!

We decided to go with the full titanium akra system as it is one of the lightest, best looking and most powerful you can get for the 1299.

This exhaust saves over 10 lbs AND adds over 12 hp over the stock system!

When we pair this with the sprint air filter and rapid bike fuel module, its going to be freaking insane.

With all of the carbon pieces, including the wheels and this exhaust we are estimating a weight sav...

These Carbon Fairings are UNREAL!!!

Hey guys!

Mani sent over some pics of the carbon fairings for the 1299 build and oh my lord do they look AMAZING!!!  

I'm not sure if you guys understand how unreal this build is going to be BUT this bike will probably be worth around $45k+ when we are done.

We will be filming the first episode this Wednesday.  We will be putting this bad boy on the Dyno to get initial numbers and going over our plans for the build.

The Daytona is Complete!

I can't believe this bike is finished.  Seems like just yesterday we were bringing it home.

Episode 15 is live!

Hey guys!

Wanted you to be the first to see the power numbers....we made a little over 131 HP after the custom tune!!!!!  I've never even heard of a Daytona making that much power. haha

That means we've gained 15 HP over the stock 116 HP number!  So freaking excited, you guys have no idea.

Also, there will be one final PAID episode coming later this week of us installing the carbon fiber pieces and let me tell you, they look amazing!

So I decided to split the power commander and custom tune episode into 2 because the power commander ended up being much more intense to install then we anticipated.

With these series we like to provide information along with the entertaining content and as I downloaded the footage and realized how long the video would be, I thought it would be much better to give each its own episode.

Good News and Bad News...

So unfortunately we had to reschedule the dyno appointment for Tuesday which means I won't have a video for you guys tomorrow.  That is the bad news and I apologize for that.

The good news is Motomillion has signed on for our next series and it is going to be absolutely insane.  I'm talking game changing.

I've been working really hard behind the scenes to bring this next project to life and if it all works out, its going to be really special. &n...

Episode 13 is live!

I was super excited for this episode.  The lightweight lithium ion battery is literally AMAZING.  It saves almost 4 lbs, has more cranking power AND can hold a charge for 1 year!

We also got the Rizoma blacked out levers installed and got the official triumph reservoir mounted!

Between the exhaust, battery and other lightweight parts, we have estimated around 30 lbs of weight loss on this bike!

Finishing Up The Series

Hey guys!

So I just wanted to give you a quick update on how the rest of the series will play out.

I've got a power commander and lightweight lithium battery on the way along with rizoma levers and the reservoir to mount AND we will be getting a custom tune done to get more power!

I was going to order carbon parts to replace the silver pieces and surprise you guys BUT I can't find any carbon company that has all the parts in stock.

Can't believe we are just a few weeks away from finishing up this project...the plan is to have the bike finished by the end of January and then pick the winner in the first month of February :)

I'm so excited for you guys to see this one!  We had something custom designed by the boys over at LuiMoto and we are so happy with how it turned out!

Also, I'm thinking since you guys were so split on the power commander vs carbon fiber pieces, lets just add another episode and do BOTH.

I also want to snag a chain and sprocket and possibly a lithium battery to add as well so adding that extra episode will allow us to finish this bike off the right way.  Let me know what you gu...

Power Commander vs Carbon Fiber

Hey guys!

I wanted to do a poll so you guys could decide between doing a power commander and custom tune or getting carbon fiber parts to replace some of the silver parts on the bike.

Stock HP was 116 and with the akra system and the triumph ECU flash it was 120 hp.  The tuner thinks we could get another 4 to 6 hp out of a custom tune, which would bring it to around 124-126hp.  For the PC and custom tune it would be roughly $500.

The other option would be to snag some car...

Episode 10 is live!

I had to ride in 27 degrees to make this happen BUT I didn't want to make you guys wait any longer.

We got the ECU flashed from triumph for the full arrow system exhaust and got the new before and after dyno numbers.

We ended up gaining around 5hp BUT gained much more HP in the mid range, it sounds absolutely AMAZING and we still lost 20 lbs with the akra system that the dyno numbers don't represent.

Overall I'm very happy with how things turned out.  A 600cc bike making over ...
