Coffin Caddy bonus drops

I am working on the final release for the month! while we wait, I've created two more coffin caddy versions. As requested one is a one caddy coffin, and then a shelf version as well.

at 100% only the zombie fits inside the caddy, the others can fit but the coffin and caddy will need to be scaled up.
