NEW SONG - Never Letting Go feat. Rawb Lucci

Feels so good to exhale and have a mix be done :D It took a lot of work, but I think the composition is good, the mix is crisp and I do sound quite intimidating as Rhaast hahaha!

Kayn song artwork~

Oh jeez. I did NOT think this would be another 200 channel monster project. These projects always at some point feel overwhelming, but let me tell you...whatever you're doing...if you keep chipping away at it, it will eventually get done. 

I think I finished the final mix today and I think it sounds good! I just want to let it sit for a day or two before I share it with you, so enjoy the artwork until then :D

Yeah I know...I talked a lot about switching out the lead...and then in the end, I didn't? Well...I tried several different vocalists, but in the end, I just found my own lead blended with the instrumental better. OH WELP.

Excellent question!

Working very hard on the Pyke track. It's an absolutely massive production. I'm at draft 14 now, which is very rare that I reach that level of refinement with a non-This Is War-track. But I really want to make it the best I possibly can. So that's why it's taking longer...

Oh, and I mentioned last post that I wanted to replace my lead vocals. It's taken some time to find the right one, but I'm now working with Caleb Hyles to be my replacement! Very excited abou...

Well I've got 2 weeks to work on Falconshield content and while I'm very excited to do that...I just realized that I can't sing the lead for the Pyke song. I just don't think it's good enough. The melody is too low for this key really, and it just doesn't sit right with my voice. So unfortunately this means a bit of extra delay...

..but upside is that the song will be better. And that's what matters in the end, right? ;D

Progress report and life update.

Wanted to give you all an update on upcoming content.

First, the Pyke shanty will most likely be delayed until early next year. The Initiates have spoken!

With a resounding victory for the Pyke song with 70% of the votes, that will be the next release. Since I'm waiting for AntiRivet to get his studio going, the scarecrow song will have to be a little postponed.

Have some really cool and unique ideas for the Pyke song, drafts will be available to @Oracle+ soon! :D

It might seem to you like ...this one came out pretty quickly xD but I've been at it for almost a year, and it has been a pretty wild ride ngl.

The major problem has been getting the video done, but that's taken care of, we have a release date...and all that's left is to sit back and enjoy the experience.

Because...it is. I'm fully aware that this isn't a hit song, or hip-hop, or metal...it's a musical tribute to League of Legends, to the best of my and my collaborators' abilities...

So many times I've cursed myself for putting the bar so god damn high, and this is no exception. It is...a unique piece of music, and I have put down sooo much work into it. I've gone through each verse countless times fixing little details and trying to make everything sound as clear and as good as I can. I sincerely hope I didn't just get lost in the little things and lost sight of the big...

I treat most of my productions as instrumentals...getting the music to be a solid foundation, sitting on its own before bringing in the vocals. This is no exception, and should be quite enjoyable as is :)

TOXXXIC feat. Rawb (New song!)

Rawb came up to me and asked if I wanted to do a Singed track, and I said...sure! :D

How could I pass on the opportunity to collab with Rawb again)?! I put together a basic beat(I posted it earlier for Oracles) and sent it his way. After some back and forth we had something that was both smooth, gritty and catchy as hell. I think the outcome is pretty unique, and I hope you guys like it too! :)

All set for August and September

I just wanted to say, I have two songs arranged and written/recorded for August and September and they're really good :D 

August's track will be a Singed rap collab with Rawb. 

September will be a song that is a response to the Hail The King track - featuring Rena! What will it be about...? Hehe, you'll find out!

Dear Patrons,

You had to endure the entire June without a new Falconshield song, but don't be sad - here's a brand new track! :D

This song is about the new Elder dragon Malzeno from Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. I did the instrumentals as usual, as well as some singing of the chorus and backing vocals. AntiRivet wrote most of the lyrics and performed the verses/bridges. I also, once again had the pleasure of having Martin Floberg's unmistakable shreds to play around with.

I'll cut to the chase - unfortunately there won't be a music/video release in June. Instead you'll have to make due with the This Is War 8 WIP for now. We were planning on releasing a FULL VERSE from TiW8, but sadly that couldn't be accomplished either :( Reasons below.

I feel very bad for not announcing this sooner.

1: AntiRivet got married. Yay! Unfortunately the song that we're working on was delayed because of this. It will instead be released in July...
