Monday newsday! While we haven’t yet hit the exciting event of the week (i.e. tomorrow’s rollout of the next chuck of World of Warcraft pre-expansion story), there’s plenty to talk about, so let’s get right to it.

In the Boomsday Project trailer, poor Peter Whalen was turned into a chicken and I don't think anyone is sufficiently worried about that. Finally! Overwatch League has returned to us: the playoffs kicked off tonight and they'll be going on for three weeks. So we're back to the glorious days of esports (though done with the glorious days of the Shanghai Dragons, at least until next season). After those three weeks, we will be back living a quieter life, devoid of esports. (Mostly. There's always Heroes and Hearthstone.)
