Head Collector VR new update 0.2.7

This is a small update to support our next 2 mods: Advanced Girl and Champion Girl. This one also have a huge performance boost which you can see quickly

For the old mods, we need to load 1 character and about 10 clothing items. However for the new mods, everything will be in one place. Also hairs will be shared between mods. For example these 2 new mods will have shared hairs

Head Collector VR New Update

We have many changes in this update:

- added change graphic quality button: 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2
- friendly units have green collars and shackles
- bug fix: menu sometimes not working in desktop mode
- performance boost: reduce the memory usage for clothes
- bug fix: sword can't slash after changing back from unarmed
- improve: desktop mode stop attack when player menu is opened
- player menu now has 3 positions: front, left hand and right hand

So, thank you for helping me to decide that I need to focus on fewer characters but more realistic actions. This made me create tearable clothes and I super enjoy it! The next mods will also have tearable clothes and also base game characters =))

In this update,

hands and arrows do little damage but will knock back enemies. I'll upload a video tomorrow to showcase this feature. In brief, you can have fun punching them many times and they will sway or fall to the ground

Or puncture them with a couple of arrows. They won't die quickly

I have dumbed down the animation of the unarmed NPCs so they can only use hands. Which makes it lots more predictable for you to beat them good

As I have just finished Stellar Blade, this game definitely makes me think. I really like the NPC facial expressions, the VFXs and the graphics. Everything looks so stunning.

Its relatively doable for a PC game. But in VR if we go this way, we may not be able to have big battle like we have now. But there is a question keeps lingering in my head is are you actually play my game in big battle or not :-p

Next update sneak peak

This weekend, we will have a quick update that will satisfy a lot of people. In short, NPCs are harder to kill by default and player can die. This will make the game more challenging and will make you feel more excited.

Initial thoughts

• bare hands won't one shot NPCs. Instead it can only do very little damage. This will allow you to give them a good beating without they die too early. You can spank them too <3

In this update

• Force can be casted from hands. You can use force to grab weapon or NPCs from the air, hang them up and have fun with them

  • press grip button to grab weapons/NPCs

  • press trigger to pull them toward you and primary button (X or A) to push them away

  • lock weapons/NPCs in the air by releasing them at a slow velocity. Release them at a high velocity to throw them away

• Any weapon can be grabbed by the force staff and use it against the enemies

• Weapon can be frozen in the air using the force staff or throw it toward the enemies. There are many things to do with this:

  • You can freeze a weapon in the air and push the NPCs toward it

  • You can rob the weapon from enemies hands and use it against them

  • You can use the weapon as an extension of the staff.

In this update, we have a new weapon: the force staff

Head Collector VR Quick Update for Desktop Player: Death Cam

In this update:

• NPCs make funny faces when they are beheaded

• Players can press Space to pause game

• Desktop player can press F3 to enable Spectator cam. Moving the camera by using T,F,G,H and mouse (holding right mouse button)
