I'm not sure what to say about this episode (without giving too much away). If you've been playing up to this point, you should have a pretty good idea of what's probably gonna play out. While the main story is more of a "take a breather" now that things have calmed down momentarily, there are two threads being weaved into the story for future events.

Here we go! Work on Chapter Ten has started. Or, rather, it started a couple days ago and we're now formally announcing it.
While Chapter Ten is a bit of a "take a well-deserved breath of fresh air" kind of episode, there are some threads being woven into it for the events that play out in Chapter Eleven. So, expect that there'll be a big choice here, with a large personal moment, but for the most part, this chapter is about a little downtime and setting the stage for the future.

Because of the story's move to a new location, I found myself assembling a number of new sets. With needing a place where Jack could look out on the surrounding neighborhood and think to himself (because every guy needs a place to be alone), I had to pull together a school rooftop.

Okay, while it took a little longer than the previous updates, Chapter Nine (version 0.09.0) is on the schedule for an imminent release. If you've been reading the updates for this version, you've probably seen me state how this chapter required the building of an entirely new series of sets (aka take some existing locations, tweaking the crap out of them, and add lighting and props).

Still plugging away. About 2/3rds of the way through the update, if the database can be believed. In terms of workload, Chapter Eight is pretty lengthy, purely because of how many of the scenes have variants based on previous choices and the girls' stats. Also, there is a conversation that can happen at different times/locations based on player choice with differing reactions from Carol and Naomi.
