I know it's a little early for public wallpapers (I usually like to wait until after the update is out for everyone), but since the theme was Valentine's Day, I figured I needed to get these out before rather than after. I mean, a Valentine's Day card is useless a week later, right?

With a bit of hustle, Chapter Thirteen is about ready to go. Plot-wise, the story is beginning to roll forward, headed towards the next big event and the game's inevitable third act.

Work on Chapter 13 is still going strong. While the total below is hovering around 63, I'd actually say there's probably about 75% that's actually "playable." Or will be by the time you read this. Though, that's without audio at times and with some placeholder copy in spots. Probably the first 40-50% of the chapter is in a state where (outside of some rewrites, reshoots, and cleanup) it's nearly complete.
Fear not, though, as things usually come together pretty quickly....

After a short period to bask in the afterglow of the latest release, we're back to work on the next update. While the raw numbers in the tracker below show good progress for the first week back, they don't tell some of the more untracked elements: the plot outline was locked in from day one and the base script for the first half is pretty much done. Now, it's just a matter of getting scenes arranged, shot and made playable.

It's a new year and it's Wintertime where I'm at (sorry folks in the southern hemisphere0, so that means a snow-themed wallpaper. Might as well because I really only get snow about once a year if I'm lucky as it is.

Work on Chapter 12 is moving along pretty well. With the addition of the new cast member, there is a fair amount of "getting to know her" moments in the front half of the chapter. That's not a euphemism, by the way. She's a stranger and Jack and girls need to get a feel for who she is as a person. And, of course, the reverse is true for Sydney.

Chapter 11 is a big one and I'm glad to have it all but finished and ready to go (a little bit of testing and then uploading it for downloads remain).
If you've paying attention to previous updates, you know that I was tied up in Federal jury duty for two weeks leading up to Thanksgiving, which basically slowed the development cycle by a bit. Getting this one ready to play with only a week's delay has been an undertaking.

I'm not even going to pretend there's some kind of theme to this month's NSFW Wallpapers. I know with American Thanksgiving coming up, I could do something like that, but... nah. Dressing them in pilgrim clothing? Yawn. Too many layers. A bunch of stuffy wool and buckles? So, I'd rather put the girls in bunny suits.
