I'm still looking for a new place to live while recovering from Omicron, feeling increasingly desperate as the days march towards April. I may have to put everything in storage and Airbnb it until something comes my way. This will effectively halt all creative activity, as my laptop is too old to run the latest DAZ and I can't realistically carry my Z600 setup from one short-term rental to another. Wide Angle Update

Whew! It seems the worst of my illness is past, with my fever reaching a 38'C (100'F) peak last night and now dropping as the hours go by. I still have a runny nose and cough, a little weak and short of breath, but there's no longer any blood when I blow my nose. I can only guess that if I wasn't triple-Moderna'd, I'd be a lot worse off. 

I trust the science, though the messaging at times was a mess.

There's not much else to do, I'm self-isolating after waking up with Coronalicious symptoms. Posted this rework over at deviantArt, and I'm still waiting to hear if it's okay to sell my morphs on sharecg.

Paku-Paku Mama

Paku-Paku is a Japanese ideophonic term for eating hungrily, and is the "Pac" in Pac-Man. "Paku-Paku Mama" was a cute and famous Showa Pop song from the 70s. 

A parody version (with overhauled lyrics) is the ending song for the anime Okaasan Online. When I first heard it I ROFL and was like, "WHO'S your target demographic here? People like me who grew up watching Captain Harlock and Gatchaman/BOTP?"

I'll be busy planning and executing a move this month, so the $3 and up tiers will at least get a nude version of last month's progression, plus anything else I can manage in my dwindling spare time.

For reasons that are unclear to me, Hanako's recent bikini pics get tons of views at dA. The first Azuma Sun Sun Beach pic broke 3,600 views within a week of posting! I'm not sure that I have another image that performed that well. [correction! There are a handful of Ayane renders and one animated GIF that come close to that number.] Ayane was already beginning to lose statistical ground to her redesigned "mother" Motoko, and now Hanako is a legitimate challenger.

I'm brainstorming this month's Expanimation, but events from this week have left me depressed and uninspired. Also, the latest DAZ update has not been a smooth transition - all of my scenes that use ghost lights have to have a script loaded to fix the lights and then the opacity has to be reset. I'm also behind on updating my drivers, so renders have been terribly slow in the new version. I'm installing new drivers now, I hope they work with my configuration.
