Hace poco tuve la oportunidad de probar un fruto exótico que nunca antes había comido: el mangostán. Desde el primer momento en que lo vi, su cáscara gruesa y de color púrpura oscuro me llamó la atención. No sabía muy bien cómo abrirlo, pero al hacerlo, descubrí en su interior unos gajos blancos, suaves y jugosos.
Al probarlo, sentí una explosión de sabor en mi boca: era una mezcla perfecta entre dulce y ácido, muy refrescante, ideal para los días cal...

Hace unos años, me di cuenta de que vivía desconectada… del sol, del agua, de la tierra, y sobre todo, de mí. Me levantaba con prisa, me alimentaba sin pensar, y mi cuerpo pedía auxilio en silencio. Fue entonces cuando decidí hacer un cambio en vida regresar a lo esencial.
Comencé a ser Naturista caminar descalza por el Prado, a escuchar el viento Aprendí que la naturaleza no solo sana el cuerpo, también calma el espíritu.
Hoy, mi vida está tejida con el Naturismo placere...

NUDIST PARTY 🎈

I was at a nudist party where the main activity was painting our bodies. It was a fun, liberating, and very creative experience. Each person chose how to express themselves through colors and shapes, and the atmosphere was full of respect, art, and good energy. Definitely a different kind of experience that helped me break out of the routine and enjoy the moment!

For me, going to a waterfall is a magical experience: the sound of the falling water, the fresh air and the beauty of the landscape fills me with excitement.
