Today, I continued with my morning exercises and kept running into this beautiful furry four-legged friend. It’s so exciting to exercise in the crisp morning cold!

I REALLY LIKE FLOWERS

I really like flowers because I love their fragrance and their colors that show us that nature always finds ways to give us joy and tranquility.

MEET MY NEW FRIEND

This morning, I went out for a walk to breathe in the morning air and do my daily exercises. I came across this feline friend, who seems very friendly, and I gave them a relaxing massage.

NAKED

It is so pleasant to sit peacefully in such a beautiful, free place, naked, the breeze touching my entire body.

When I exercise, I feel more connected to myself. At first, it can be hard, but as I keep going, I notice how my body responds: my breathing gets faster, my muscles work hard, and my mind clears up. By the end, I feel a mix of satisfaction and relief because I know I’m taking care of myself. Even though it’s not always easy, I love how it helps me feel stronger and more energetic.

Today, Monday, starting a great day full of new experiences and natural moments, I woke up with an energized feeling to enjoy the morning air and warm up by exercising. 30 minutes will be great to start the day.

Hugging nature in my natural suit.

Hugging a tree is a connection with nature and personal well-being. In many cases, it is associated with the psychological and emotional benefits that can come from being in contact with the natural environment. Free and happy.

SITTING NAKED

After touring the nudist campsite I sat down to rest while my meal was served. This is the restaurant where all the people are naked and when they finish their meal they head to the pool, which you can see behind me. It is a very nice and cool pool. This nudist site is very nice.

I like swinging because I feel like I'm flying and it brings back good memories of my childhood. I think that one should keep that child inside and let oneself be carried away by the simple things that make one happy.

I FEEL LIKE ANOTHER FLOWER BEING NAKED AMONG FLOWERS

I am definitely a lover of flowers and plants. When I go out for a walk in the mornings and find beautiful flowers, I fall in love with the gifts of nature. I feel like another flower, being naked among the flowers.

Today I went out to do my daily exercises and my husband came with me. He made fun of me because he thought that the machines where I do the exercises are very easy and do not require effort. When he did the same exercises he realized that they do require effort and then I was the one making fun of him, because he was sweating a lot in this summer heat.
