This is a super simple drawing I drew just for the purpose of creating a picture with solid colors. If you analyze the picture you'll notice that it's pure cell-shading, that's because I have been using different colors to paint The Emperor, this is due to experimenting with the bases, sometimes I drew him too pinkish, other times not purple enough, but I saved those pictures that way, so I couldn't correctly backtrack.
