Hmm...I tried getting another artist to help me lighten the load

Not sure how I feel about this art style, this was a design for a third sister; i'm kind of inclined to continue to do my own version.

What do you think? Should I keep using this artist? Is this character worth keeping or does the art need a bit of a boost (Which I can do)?

Also, I drew this character first about 1 month ago - i've just changed her hair colour now, gave her more muscle tone.

3 months ago, I had drawn a different version of her that would have been Fel.

Btw, any of my art that looks like pencil work is in krita, any that looks pixelated or lower res is in aseprite.

What looks better? What do you want to see more of? i.e.
longer snout, fatter snout, more whiter patches? Etc

Tabby Farstone (Left) A commissioned officer in the Sekarri fleet, she looks after flight traffic control. Tabby is shy and socially awkward, she struggles with social queues but has a heart of gold. She is curious to see a human.

Snow (Right) a trader, trafficker and part time assassin. Snow would have no problems drinking with, flirting and making love to a human as long as she gets a chance to rifle through his wallet and accounts once he...

She needs a name and a background story ..

She is a member of the same race as Snow and Caelix - that means they are a fraction driven species.

2 main sides:
A: a totalitarian, mafia like state with connections and hubs in planets all over the galaxy.
B: A rebellious resistance like faction, that are still pretty big but built of many decentralise...

Why does the text box look so much better?

One of the things I think makes my game screens standout is really thanks to your feedback. Some of you might remember that the text was hard to read, the colours, tones and textbox bg conflicted.

I've been busy...

The 'story'

I had a few good people reach out to me to ask 'hey Adam, why so quiet?'

Well unfortunately about 5 days ago I noticed a leak in the kitchen ...

It got progressively worse each day.

So I got plumbers round "Can't find it, it must be coming from the roof."
So I got roofers round "Can't find it, it must be under the bath..get a plumber."

After 2 days of pulling out tiles, floorboards and digging through walls I found the leak!

ROUND 5!

Caelix Quin (Left): Whilst apparently casual and chill, is in fact a covert operative, as part of a resistance cell. Unlike her sisters, she has more of a moral compass.

Evelyn Twilcroft (Right): A corporate CEO, she had 2 of her limbs ripped off as a child but rather than emphasise with others based on her own past, she applies the notion of 'I worked hard to get where i am, so can you'. You can woo her with corporate speak and buzzwords.

FYI: The polls are for fun, no characters will be cut!

Round 4!

 A: The Drakhan medic, a staunch pacifist and deep passion for exotic life i.e. humans.

B: The ambitious, low level politician, with a drive for abandoning her peoples pacifistic ways and a return to expansionism.

Guys this is what i've been working on, please bear in mind it's not finished and still has glitches but I wanted to share something to keep you updated.

Background: Non political, any talk of race, religion, philosophy is considered 'politics' - don't push him for an opinion.

Informal rivalry with Fel, though on the same side, there is some bad blood; she rejected him...
