This is the fastest the apps have been blocked in the 2 years of Xbox retail uploads. We're 99% sure this wasn't automatic and was manually blocked.

Re: The app going down
Microsoft are really kicking up a fight, but this time it went down, something odd and interesting happened. Every time the app is taken down, the store page and account goes with it. This shows up at first on the partner page that the store page has been removed due to xx violations, and is soon followed by the account being terminated.

Update - RetroArch (+ Updated whitelist!)
Thanks everyone who let us know about the issues with RetroArch! An update fixing the missing cores / lag has finally been processed and the update should come through to you shortly. Should you have issues with the apps not updating properly, you can try uninstall and install fresh (WARNING: Any content datainternally may be lost if you do this)

- Fixed Dolphin Emulator not setting the User folder properly
- Fixed RetroArch's Mupen cores not working
- Updated XBSX2.0 to the latest version
Sometimes the Xbox Store is a bit finnicky about updating our package, if you're having problems, please try uninstall the package and install fresh! Warning, uninstalling will lose any data stored on the internal drive!

Private apps can only be accessed by accounts that have been whitelisted by us. This process is done by hand. You need to submit your Xbox/Microsoft Account email address to our site so that we can update the app to have your email address. You cannot download the apps until you do this step. Retail apps can only be accessed through 'private' uploads right now, this means the only way to access and download the apps is to have your email address *manually* added to the app. There is no process to automate this currently. Whitelist - Should be resolved now
Thank you everyone who was incredibly patient! We took a closer look at the problem and confirmed that the emails were all being sent immediately, and show up in our 'Sent' in box accordingly, however Google does not appear to be delivering them.
As a temporary measure, we have disabled the confirmation stage of the whitelist, and now all emails will be immediately confirmed and added to the whitelist. Please resubmit your emails.
Next whitelist update will be in an hour!
