Lumen RTX 1.0 is out, so what's next?

Patreon changes

Hi, I recently made some changes to patreon. It's mostly cosmetic changes, but there are two quite big changes. The first thing new patrons will experience is the new payment system (New patrons are charged when they join and then monthly on that same date, instead of on the first of each month). LumenRTX 3.0 pre release

We are very close to release 3.0, I need to add 2 new blocks to normalmap mode and check everything again. LumenRTX Beta 2.0

hey i'm glad because this is the day i share LumenRTX Beta 2.0 to people. There is a lot of new stuff:

-added normalmaps mode
-added pbr to a dozen new blocks
-fixed all blocks that do not have pbr yet and display correctly
-some custom UI elements have been removed
-improved fog
-improved clouds
-improved water and ice

Progress report

Hey, I wanted to tell you what I am doing / planning at the moment. :D
There is an update on the horizon, LumenRTX 2.0 which will combine normalmaps and heightmaps, there will be a switch to choose from.

I have a little "to-do list" that includes:
-make the normalmap version as complete as the heightmap version (done)
-combine normalmap version and heightmap version (done)
-improve texturepack size (in progress)
-add pbr to new blocks (in progress)

LumenRTX Normals Update

Big update! (I forgot to include a lot of blocks in the changelog). Actually the game only uses about 50 heightmaps ! So we are now close to our goal because the LumenRTX normals only had normalmaps :D
