Model comes with blend shapes for dialogue and blinking animation for vrchat. It's preferable if you already know how to upload a vrchat model using unity. import the FBX (which is the model it'self) then import the texture onto the model, add avatar descriptor. make sure the chest bone is labeled.

Toriel, in her one piece swimsuit.

She has been given an update as of 10/6/24! body mesh completely redone as to get rid of the arm twitching issue when holding an object. Her hair is also longer and her face slightly more accurate to source material.
