Do we know for a fact that the budget for season 2 was slashed? [and that's why they spent so much time in the past?] The CG on the Jurati Borg Queen was just so terrible. It was like she was directed to hold really still because they couldn't motion track the borg implants very well and made up for it by just dumping a bunch of shadow over the top of her head.
