The Meg novels propelled themselves and their author to nearly the top of my favourites list back in high school, where they have comfortably stayed ever since. Also, the author is still doing fun stuff with this project, including an entire virtual aquatic monster theme park experience, and the newest books comes out soon (I think). I think it would be cool to see/hear a podcast episode or even a KC about the book, which is wildly different from the movie.
