“You’re saying those three brats have Dragon Vein chakra in their bodies too?”

“Yes. This is good news. I don’t fully understand how they managed to achieve this, but it means we have hope of mastering this natural energy.”

Pakura and Michikawa’s eyes lit up at the thought.

“But you’ll need to wait. I have to observe those three kids further.”

“Understood.”

Just then, Pakura suddenly realized something.
