Happy New Year Everyone! I'm here to drop another one big pack of Office Theme Mods! Sorry for the delay, I was making modding tool to make everyone can mod for this game.

It's been a while since new map dropped, It's not because I'm being lazy or busy - it's just a lot of works than I expected.

But I managed to release it and consider this as new years present for my patreons!

This release includes following items:

    4 Maps: Office (Day), Office (Night, Overwork),
                    Office (Completely Dark),
                    Office (Props are lit but No Light - Design your Lighting Setting)
   130+ Props: Office Furnitures / Small Props / Pipes and stuffs

This mod is released for patreons early. The early access will lift after a month and few days later.

This mod requires: Sideloader
This mod works better with: Material Editor, AIPE, Quick Access Box
