2021-01-04 17:41:49 +0000 UTCI was in two minds whether to listen to this, given my state of mind, a little emotional and listening is not easy right now despite listening to Slow down and Submissive recharge , thoughts are invading my mind. January is an especially difficult for me, those close will give me a hug but will not mention the New year... they know things will remain the same...apart from my sight loss, overnight major factor I'll never get over that. My biggest mistake isn't going away any time soon...I can't celebrate that being the one of major factors that cause my depression to be worse at this time of year. Happiness...well the only time I feel happy is with hypnosis and trance because it takes me from my reality into a lovely alternative reality away from my world. And that i appreciate and treasure very much. I do try to help myself I've just got one one those light therapy lamps, but they are targeted for seasonal depression which is different from MDD. I'm more than a little irritated by something going on right now and just for good measure my washing machine decided to leak everywhere, so the New year isn't exactly going well. Sir, you will always be an inspiration to me for what you do for us all, your wisdom, empathy, kindness and for being who you are...❤️
