He is giving signs of someone potentially experiencing mania, psychosis, or a mental break and giving him vitamins isn't the solution. He looks to be getting disillusioned by the US government / Republicans at the moment, and it's leading him to question everything he sees. Which is good to go on that journey and be suspicious, but there's a difference between the government is not being trusted and "they're all lizard jews that do satanic rituals and drink baby blood, they're trying to kill me"
