HUMAN GOOFBALL
Added 2020-09-21 20:58:22 +0000 UTCI briefly entertained the idea of trying to make a human form of Goofball that resembled his ghost form, but then I realized that was stupid because no human would ever look like that. So instead, I decided the human version of Goofball should look comically divergent, almost as if he was the opposite of the Goofball we know. And because the Goofball we know is a small, white ghost, it would only make sense that the opposite would be a large, black man. Additionally, I gave him blue eyes and a white suit to match his ghost colors.
