The Kindle file is very large because the Kindle Comic Converter is rather strange when it comes to file compression. Apparently the version actually being sold on the Amazon is a smaller size, but they don't seem to want to let me download my own file! Copies of the book are available to purchase on the US Amazon site and most European sites. The Kindle version is available in most international Amazon sites. The international sites are still processing its entry so it might be a day or two before it becomes live. The retail price is $25 US but Amazon currently discounts it to $23.75. They tend to apply more discounts pretty regularly, so it may cheaper if you wait a few days.
