I am newer to your Patreon and restoration work. I was so surprised to hear that this restoration was poorly received. It’s one of my favorites I have watched. I think you made an important statement about climate change that folded in beautifully with the story of Walter Dean and this particular painting.

I loved both Part 1 and Part 2 of The Perfect Storm. The climate IS changing. People can say till the cows come home that it’s all part of a natural cycle of weather, but when their fancy beach houses wash away, they will fight to get to the head of the line to ask for FEMA assistance.
