Here's the 99.9% complete PDF, we're just going to spend the next few days reviewing and tweaking it, before finalizing it and submitting it for print. It should be completed within the week!
The last preview sent back in July was 155 pages - the final page count ended up at 190. Added contents include reviews of Devil Children/DemiKids, all of the anime (and some of the manga), mobile games, recurring elements and comparisons (like the Game Over screens), and some essays, as well as numerous minor changes to the text and images in the main section.
